It was my first attempt and I got the F1 visa. I got approved this last Tuesday 30 May 2023. I went with no Travel History. My passport was with no any visa. I didn't smile even one time. That's why I got my visa approved. I am employed for 6 years now in the same company. I am a Logistics Manager with a good salary. I will pay my studies by myself and got 25% of scholarship from the university. I am Married. I have no siblings or parents in the US.

An easy way is by showing employment contract, mentioning you have families in your home country, and also highlighting how your degree will contribute value to your country upon completion.

No. If you’re over 18, you don’t need parent or guardian to sign that line on your I-20. The sponsor I’m referring to in this video is about who/where the school listed on your I-20 as source of finance. Usually you must have submitted this information before they issued your I-20
I working in a health facility which the own of the hospital is willing to sponsor me to college . My question is when filling i-20 form what name should be fill on it ? Is it the person name or the hospital name or both names is needed . Like saying : sponsor First - last - sponsor middle :is now the hospital name . E.g John Johnson ( xyz hospital) But the bank statement name is the showing hospital name ,Is it acceptable or not ?

The best question to ask yourself is "Why should I be approved this time around?" They can even ask you what has changed since the last time you appeared for this interview? It might be helpful to make sure you have changed something that might otherwise make you eligible.

They said I would have such positions but i would get them when i have arrived the University. So, will it be enough to tell the V.O that i have secured 40% paid study leave from my employer? Do you think that would be enough and that I couldn't present my case properly last time? Or do you advise that since the school can't increase the funding, I should quit this process and make applications for other semester and perhaps to other schools?

I’ll advise that you complete the form listing the jobs you’ve had over the last five years. With date.

Yes, they do ask these questions. You don’t need work experience to be able to explain how your degree will be valuable in Nigeria when you go back.

I would advise to use the statement you submitted to the school in getting your I-20 from the school.
