    We recently bought a land near tukkuguda exit no 14.
    In 2018 it was 50L/Acre.
    Now in 2021, it's around 2Cr/Acre

    Hello Saurab - Just like many others I am looking forward for your video on EAST zone (BB nagar, NIMS, Yadadri), people have invested hard earned money towards east expecting development based on new projects like NIMS, Infosys etc but unfortunately its just hoax as city development is being done only at surrounding of Hitech City, corporate IT world and east zone ignoring 111GO. Throw some views on this topic.

      people who invest silently in unpopular and unpublizied zones will get good results. The only good investment right now left for middle class people in hyd is vijayawada highway ... Mark this comment ... Points why future is all about east hyderabad i.e vijayawada highway is because :
      1. Very soon in Andhra next elections chandra babu is going to be CM , the very first richest and emerging district adjoining telengana is going to be vijaywada and its stretch towards lb nagar.
      2. Highway is already remodelling from 4 lane to 6 lane express highway, work already started.
      3. Metro starting point is lb nagar , so the first metro extension line is going to be from lb. Nagar to till pedda amberpet (KTR already announced the metro extension proposal)
      4. Can sense governemnt is trying to push every bit and piece towards east , may it be batasingaram fruit market , TSIIC green industrial zone , which can bring 4 lakh job oppurtunities (phase 1 complet3d alreadt few people working) , truck logistic park , textile parks
      5. Many HMDA layouts are emerging and luckily price is still at 16k per yard in just 30km away from lb nagar , villages like malkapur , dandu mailaram are best examples.
      So being in real estate field since many years , i strongly predict next year after elections the biggest blaster of hyderabad real estate is goijg to be east hyderabad towards vijayawada ,... I urge who own plots in the entire stretch do not sell ur plots and wait for the boom ....

    Nice & informative video --- not all want to buy land can you also pl share yr thoughts on buying a house in the upcomming gated communities for staying and future appreciation value for salaried ppl. It will be great video as that can be really helpfull to larger ppl in hyd looing for investment in Hyd after COVID. Keep the gud work it was worth spending 15 mnts on yr video 👍

    Good Information. But you talked very less about North... Medchal-Nizamabad-Nagpur High Way. The only Highway from Hyderabad to reach Delhi and Jummu & Kashmir. Both Karimnagar and Warangal Routes are nothing infront of Medchal High Way. I understand you will provide the information about Medchal highway in the next video.

      Most of the software employees work from home next couple of years. Real employees goes to offices, south is the hub of real companies. Make in india happening in south. Stay towards south, great place , no pollution, close to airport and gachibowli.

    In Telangana best road to invest is Patancheru to Daultabad only.Not Bombay highway or Sankarapally road (No direct road to Gachibowli) any other Road.Just see once the development of Indresham. City is moving this way.

    Good summarization of growth potential areas. Tukugudda future looks bright. Prices are still low. Biggest strength is closeness to Airport, multiple SEZs, Pharma city, Amazon data center, TCS, Aero CIty, Fab City, E-City, Electronic hardware park. Mamidpally SEZ. Jobs generation will be very high
