Good video Chris, it's an important point as a message to ensure people don't use matched betting a s a gateway to gambling. And I think it's important for anyone who has any concerns about gambling addiction to stay away from matched betting. I promote matched betting as I know its a great source of income for people, and I like to demystify and assure people you can earn money without risk, but the best advice for anyone with gambling addiction worries is to stay clear completely! as you are still in that world. The temptation to not lay can be there and you MUST avoid it. Excellent video to put up.

This is the thing with matched betting for some people it lures you into gambling. I know someone who made 10k ten years ago then got hooked gambled it all away plus racked up 50k debt gambling with credit cards, I think he went bankrupt at the end. A very good video Chris to point out the potential danger that it can get you into gambling.

I’m not a gambling addict having worked for years in a betting company. But you’re right. A certain personality type will get addicted. Get in via match betting and then get hooked. I’ve made about £3k and have been banned from over 20+ companies . Treat it as a side hustle. It can’t be used to make a living.

I play roulette for a living online. So it is possible. You will last ALOT LONGER with casino games. Because the bookmakers always think the house edge and VARIANCE will get you in the end. So they allow you to play longer and take thousands before they mess up their boxers and stop you. When they realize its never coming back.. my system PATTERN 7 is basically a holy grail. It can profit with flat bets or even faster with a limited 5 step marty. It's called PATTERN 7. Because it rarely loses 7 times in a row. Imagine telling someone for every time they see 7 reds or 7 blacks. A risk of 31 units. After a 2 step trigger. They will win at least 100 times.
      That's what I have. with PATTERN 7.

I needed this! I made £1000 in 8 days, £200 from sports and £800 from Casinos (had 2 offers that gave £200 wins). It really does feel like free money and it's very easy to justify in your head "f**k it, it didn't cost me anything and there's a chance for more. The prospect of high gains for little work, especially after my 2 big wins, is very enticing! Luckily I've only wagered £10 here and there so didn't loose most of my winnings.
I want to get into reloads but I can't see how it's possible to make 2 figures a month. Each company had 1 offer per week like bet x5 £10 and get £5 free bet. Even doing 5 of these a week is only x5 £5 bets. I just cant work it out.

its often horse racing extra place offers and horse racing refunds which generate loads of profit. as well as doing those smaller offers like you mentioned above. also doing the daily spins most sites have like paddypower, ladbrokes etc can generate a little bit of profit. a little tip is to do it quickly open up several windows and then spin each of the daily spins in different tabs, that way you can get through them all in like 5 minutes. (from my experience you have to keep the tab open or it wont spin it, idk why that is)

Matched betting is not risk free. I had a bookmaker go bust leaving me with high value exposure (£200-£300) of laid positions. The purchaser of the bookmaker refunded the stakes but did not honour the bets. Made me very cautious about betting in advance with smaller less well known brands. Ended up actually making money but it could have gone the other way. Then there was the bet I placed on best picture (Oscars) but laid best adapted screenplay, lack of concentration lost about £200 on that one.

The two arnt connected at all, many people finish matched betting and think they know how to gamble or trade sports, havnt a clue, takes 5 years especially horse racing, in fact the technology has moved on again, any newbies stay away from horse racing theres software out there thats even quicker than the exchange, youll lose the lot in no time, always remember a lady who had a matched betting channel on here and openly said she was going to try her hand at scalping , quite bravely put videos up, I think she bought roughly £1000 worth of courses, to cut a long story short havnt seen any new videos in two years. If you are going to gamble choose a sport you know about, beats me why people throw money at horse racing and all they know is the past 5 races form in the daily mirror
