It looks like they’re building an exit ramp and leveling for a lift to compact and the dozer is in the shop and the loader is loading trucks, give the guy a break as he is also the roller man hence the back and forth moves at the end
Actually he is doing a good job with that machine, doing what he has been asked to do. My point was it would be so much easier if he used the articulation of the grader to maneuver. I'm sure he had on choice in what type of machine to use. Also that machine is bigger and heavier than some small bulldozers.

OMG I wanted to reach threw the video and rip him out of that grader!!! what the hell kinda grader operator is that that don't use it to its full funtion and to I dunno stay on the smooth part and reach up and hit the switch and unlock the articulate and pull the blade to the right and down level! I almost pulled my hair, if I was his boss he would of been out of that machine after the first few pass's!
Shut your whore mouth. So u have what 3 hrs in a grader.? Using the Rear steer is way more wear and tear plus slower and side shifting the table costs time. Looks like he got er done to me when u would still be sitting in the seat looking for the park brake gag get so shut your mouth ya troll

Why doesn’t he use the rear axle steering facility ?
Coulda done the same thing w a front end loader. Woulda been lots quicker also

A tripod for the camera would help.
