When he's completing a pass he should lift his toe prior to starting his turn. This would allow the material to flow off the heel and deposit it in the windrow without curving it at the end. Benefits of this include allowing traffic to flow uninterrupted, no need to drive over top windrow, and easier to get back on the windrow on the next pass. Many years in the 16m, h & g, but would love to try out the 24m!

alternatively run the tail all the way to the side and still cross winrow on inside front, it's only a haul road and on last pass run that baby out from patch up area half square on so it can be bought across patch next full cut

Ini adalah teknik/metode manuver dalam maintenance jalan yang benar,Blade selalu tepat diletakkan pada windrow (gundukan2 material yang memanjang yang dihasilkan ooleh alat2 gali),dan arah manuver juga benar dalam mengkombinasikan learning wheel(memiringkan roda) dan articulation serta merubah sudut porpulsion Blade (besar sudut Blade terhadap center line /garis tengah frame (rangka) 👍👍👍

First time I have seen the Articulate in the middle. Frame ! Very efficient turns. My Father was a Equipment operator during the Korean War. Army Corps of Engineering. He ran Cat Graders Pans and D-7 & the first D-8 Cat Dozer that were sent became His Machine. !

That's a BIG GRADER
Dad was very proud that first D-8 CAT they sent them became his machine. I have a few photos of him with it.
They all had cable lift and clutch and break to steer them. ( Clutch pedal and lever break ) L R
No Hydrologic nothing. They also had a 1 HP Brigs & Stratton pony start engine they had to crank up to start the Cats.
I still find videos of them.

In civil we would call this a “cut/fill transition”. In mining we call it a road, “more delays more pays”
I would suggest a “square box out 📦”_cut, followed bye a genuine hard rock base equaled by compaction of the surface layers -2mtres minimum.

The blade on this grader measures 7.3 meters in length and approximately 1 meter in height. the equivalent of a dozer can be compared to the size of the blade.

Good to see a grader operator who can keep the machine moving constantly. Two-bit wannabes you see everywhere with 'years' of experience who have to stop the machine to set the blade before each run and still dig the toe in the whole way 😡😡
As a trainer motor grader i tried to do job well and profesionally so as to be used as a reference an usefull for other,thank for your comment....

Not every job site that provides that opportunity, space-wise, but nice to watch an operator who can take advantage of the machines capabilities.
Go and do some final trim along side kerb and get it ready for asphalt with a couple of culled sacs and intersections in it, I can tell you it don't happen like that video, not when you are trimming to 5 mm.
@@rossgray3070 At the end of the day, all that matters is the quality of the finished work and how quickly it can be done - style points don't end up on your pay check, that's a fact

Las llantas delanteras están invertidas en la dirección de giro los tacones de las huellas de las llantas tienen el sentido invertido, eso provoca una trepidación en toda la máquina.
Imagino que te referiras a que los neumaticos delanteros estan montados al reves. No se que significa trepidacion pero en una maquina sin traccion delantera que esten montados al reves poco importa
Se montan al revés para q tengan más tracción, en todas las motos q e traído están así por q da mejor funcionamiento

1.pemeriksaan mengelilingi unit
2.pemeriksaan sebelum engine hidup
3.pemeriksaan setelah engine hidup
4.pemeriksaan setelah beroperasi
Untuk masing2 unit pastinya berbeda2 bagian yang dichek
