Can't believe Amanda, Ched and everyone else involved in these skits, most of them at least, are really good actors, it really makes every skit worth a watch
i like it, because its the right level of over acting. Not so much, that it feels forced and unrealistic, but just real enough that it seems psychotic instead of a charicature. It what lands the jokes good. If you took the jokes out of context with normal acting it would be pretty awkward, and if you over acted it to much, it would be super cringe.

When someone tells me they're getting a real estate license I basically think "nice knowing you, we won't be hanging out any more".

I like this video, but I liked the one on Ryan The Leader 's channel more because the other video could explain away his creepy behaviors better for the plot twist and also the ending was longer instead of very short. Here he's acting very creepy and suddenly doesn't want to hook up without explaining him making photos of her so obviously sexual.
Lmao...though I do wonder how many real estate folks are turning tricks on the side. I never wondered that until one of my friends said something about another friend who was doing real estate. It came out of nowhere and he knew more about her personal life then me and he said it without any type of attitude ot emotion in his voice just very matter a fact.....I should get into real estate
