It's one of the hot spring items. Can be found in the desert by the big crystal meteor. The event can also trigger randomly without being used.

Do I need to bring different party members for some of the scenes?

Yes. You must have all required characters in your party to trigger the scene. Some scenes require multiple support characters, just bringing 1 of the supports should trigger it.

Are there any achievements or rewards for getting all hot spring scenes?

No rewards, but there is the Hot Spring Enthusiast achievement for viewing 40 hot spring scenes.

How did you get cherry blossoms?

You get the cherry blossoms for beating floor 26 of the hero trials in the dungeon of your HQ.

@@CulganValya You forgot to mention that it's in Normal Mode. On Endless Mode, the reward for beating the floor 26 boss is "Mark of Hero" accessory (+200 HP, +100 MP, +1 SP).

I don't know. It's quite strange that everything in the game is voiced except for the hot spring scenes.

There's 6 that are missable.
HQ Level 1:
The first Nowa, Garr, Lian & Mio scene
The first Nowa, Seign & Marisa scene
HQ Level 2:
The second Nowa, Garr, Lian & Mio scene
The second Nowa, Seign & Marisa scene
HQ Level 3:
The third Nowa, Garr, Lian & Mio scene
The third Nowa, Seign & Marisa scene
