    I don't like throwing around vague words to try and describe drums... but, that whole setup is as "earthy" as it gets. Sounds like it belongs in the Nevada desert, covered in dust and dirt. (I mean that in a good way, lol)
    Such a cool set.

    Sweet performance, man! I like how you throw in some half swing feel, linear rhythms and other expression to humanize electronic-sounding grooves. I aim for some of the same technique but you've got it down! Are you influenced by Dnb and old-style Dubstep, partially?

    Nice to see you're still rocking some Hammeraxes too! Is there some business relation between sabian and hammerax? You're not the first sabian endorsee i see using them.

    • @Snarea51
      @Snarea51  Před 8 lety

      +Luuk Meijwaard Yeah man! I saw this guy in my back room the other day and didn't feel good about it just hiding back there! I don't think there's any official connection with the two. This just doesn't really qualify as a... cymbal lol so there isn't any conflict of interest. I don't want to overdo it but I can still use all the weird 'hybrids' as they call them. The stuff that hangs from crossbars and isn't cymbal shaped basically.

  • @EleniEliades_
    @EleniEliades_ Před 6 lety +2

    Oh yes, I forgot that the 23" Nonagon Fierce Ride was custom built for you. So you probably don't want to sell it... Did Sabian create only one specifically designed for you? Which means there is no way I can ever purchase one ...I'm the one who asked if I could purchase yours in other video. Damn, that's a sweet sounding ride. So are the hats available to the
    public or only you? I would love to be able to design my own cymbals by Sabian. If you ever want to sell that 23" Nonagon cymbal PLEASE let me know ~❤💡🌟

    • @Snarea51
      @Snarea51  Před 6 lety

      They may do it as a custom order! I definitely saw one on an eBay type site in Japan! So there's at least two including mine ;)

      +Aaron Edgar (AaronEdgarDrum) Question: how does a guy with so few subscribers get such amazing endorsements for such great gear? I know you teach at drumeo but you had them before you joined them. Are you in a famous band that I've never heard of?
