  • This week, Jack the salty dog and I sail our 1983 Cape Dory 28 sailboat to the backside of Catalina Island to anchor at the remote anchorage of Little Harbor. This place is also one of the best camping spots on Catalina Island along the Trans Catalin Trail, Little Harbor Campground. We learned how to anchor bow and stern and put it to use to anchor in paradise. We row ashore to explore the nature around the area by hiking around the area and finding rare plants and birds. If you're a birdwatcher, you will definitely enjoy this episode.
