    Welcome back to Health Origins! Today I another foraging video for you - I am making Lime Blossom tea! Lime Blossom tea, also known as Linden tea, has been used for centuries in traditional medicine to alleviate various health issues. It has numerous health benefits:
    1. Anxiety and Stress Relief: Lime blossom tea has a calming effect on the nervous system, making it an effective remedy for anxiety, stress, and restlessness.
    2. Sleep Aid: The tea’s sedative properties can help individuals fall asleep and improve the quality of sleep.

    need more linden in that tea should be golden and yellow like pee lol than you really feel its benefits. You have to put handful linden soak it under boiling water for 15 mins (pour kettle water over it and let it sit don't carry on boiling it)and than drink it and watch in 30-40 mins
