Refrigerate. Cut into any shape you want, or even better, use cheese grater, trust me. Make your other coffee iced and creamed, drop in the jelly, voila. Also, you can use your bad tasting coffee here, because it's sweet and bad coffee taste better when it's sweetened. @RuruRuri4548 Před rokem +32

Everything you said is really spot on. I have been living in Japan for a little over a year. I get excited when I find that one rare trash can out in public. The summer here is so hot. Stepping outside I'm already trenching in my sweat while the Japanese people aren't sweating much. Then one thing I struggle to this day is the language barrier, sometimes I don't go to any restaurants because I don't know the language much and then there's making conversations with the Japanese people out in the streets or at the club. I have to pull out the google translator and try to communicate. I do like how friendly the people are over here. So far Japan is nice but once you start living here you get that culture shock and see the real Japan more than what you see on youtube and hear about, especially when you live more towards the west of Japan.

Hmm... it has nothing to do with "land of the rising sun"- if you know about time and time zones, you know that we arbitrarily assign time to certain times of the day, right? The reason why the sunrise is so early is because of Japan's time zone- it's abnormally behind compared to the natural sun position to time mapping that the world uses (aka solar time). In Tibet, the opposite occurs, sunrise happens very late because it is very far ahead of the solar time compared to its UTC +8 time zone. In fact, Japan should be around UTC +10 at it's current longtitude, not UTC +9, and Tibet should be around UTC +6, not UTC +8.

So I'm not only loud due to being American...but with a habit of speaking loud so I can hear myself. I'm so nervous to visit due to this. Hopefully one day I'll have the courage. 8:30 I am currently in Japan and I had experienced a similar situation.
In a restaurant, the cashier felt very sorry for me because she ripped off the ticket you get when you pay by credit card. Plus, she tried to tell me the situation in Japanese (which I understand to some extents for the moment) and I thought "Seriously ?! If it ripped off the text, I would understand your concerns but it is just a tiny scratch at the end of the ticket. I can still read the entire receipt....". So, thanks to anime, I could tell her in Japanese "Don't worry, it is okay !".

It was such a great experience And I really cherish the time I was there ( September 25th to December 14th, 2018)
It was so freaking hot when we got there and didn't really start to get cold until the end of October. By then I was freezing if I stayed late at school and went home at night. I used to remember bringing an umbrella to school during hot sunny days then my American classmates kept asking why and making fun of me for bringing them so I stopped because that made me stand out so much whenever I’m going to school even though it was very common thing to do in my Filipino school.
Tbh I thought everyone in the world knew this as a common sense to bring shade with you but no.
