  • Considering living in Old Fourth Ward neighborhood of Atlanta? You definitely should if you want to live the city of Atlanta, have major walkability, and be in the center of all the Intown Atlanta events and festivals. Old Fourth Ward is one of those neighborhoods that quickly changed from an eyesore to a sought after location. Old Fourth Ward runs along the Atlanta Beltline, is home to Ponce City Market (a trendy food hall), and is a quick walk or drive to Piedmont Park and Midtown.
In this Old Fourth Ward VLOG Tour, I'm going to take you on a personal tour and show you ALL the sites including a look inside Ponce City Market (PCM), the Beltline, the Old Fourth Ward park, some home examples in various price points, a bonus stop at Martin Luther King Jr's birthplace, and we'll end at a fun Old Fourth Ward neighborhood gem Lotta Frutta for a snack. Overall, the Old Fourth Ward is a neighborhood young professionals live as well as young families. Homes include everything from 1 bedroom condos/lofts, modern townhomes, older charming bungalows, craftsman, and a big presence of new modern construction. Lots are small so having a large yard space is at a minimum but with all the parks and trails you can walk to, who needs a big yard?

Thank you SO MUCH for the nice feedback. This type of feedback makes all the effort worth it. And that is exactly what I hope comes out of my VLOG tours - capturing the feel of the area. Thanks for watching!

Thanks I’m thinking about moving to Atlanta (probably old 4th ward or midtown with west end in 3rd place). I’m a young single professional so this was great! And you’ll probably see me in the comment section of some of your other videos lol

Haha, totally fine for you to comment on several videos. And good options for places to live. They all have different vibes so it just depends on what you like (and budget of course!)

Oh no! Tearing down that gorgeous home 😳 that when there should be laws where you can tear down and can only renovate home and add extensions

Unfortunately, there are just a few areas that are historic districts which prevent that from happening otherwise it's fair game. But, sometimes some of the homes are in such bad shape that it can't really be saved or way too pricey to try and save. So I can see both sides of the argument - I guess it all just depends on the situation.

I’m moving here from Dallas Texas in 2 weeks. I’m hoping I can find a job in this neighborhood across from my apartment.
