The Volunteer Experience: Letting Kids Be Kids

One of the greatest joys of being a CASA Volunteer is providing an opportunity for kids to just be kids. Children who find themselves in the child welfare system face obstacles, struggles, and harsh realities that most other children will never be confronted with. Due to circumstances outside of their control, they are forced to grow up quickly.
That is where our Volunteers step in. They can do the fun, joyful activities kids crave. Volunteers help kids be kids and let them forget about the outisde world for a little while. Thank you Volunteers!
