Always good to find out this is regular news behind the scenes meanwhile the betting line wasn't pulled this is exactly the same as the Minner situation
this essentially happened to me my sophomore year of highschool. i have multi directional laxity in my shoulders making them easy to pop out as is. but in practice like 3 games in the football season it popped out real good. so the rest of the season i played with my shoulder popping out everyday at practice sometimes more then one a day until season ended i had surgery on it to stitch the muscles around the joint and clean up all of the frayed cartilage. terrible injury hurts and recovery is a long time
I got the same injury as TJ , sad to see this, makes me even more sad reading all those comments of people having the same sort of injury, never realized it was that common. Before the surgery my shoulder popped off while I tried to catch a basketball with my left injured hand. And one time it popped off while I was stretching , basically I just pulled my hands up and shoulder came out of socket lol. A gust of wind could pop my shoulder off at that point. And after I did the surgery which was 10 years ago , I did the best possible recovery and still cannot do a lot of things and rotations with that particular hand. When you have this injury for a long time and don’t do surgery firsthand - then it’s 95% chance that you are NOT getting your full arm and shoulder rotation back. Ligaments and everything you have inside of your shoulder (socket and stuff) - will be fucked up the worst way possible, a lot of things inside of your shoulder would just be non usable, and will be removed during the surgery. And TJ is a fucking savage , shoulder popped off 20 times and he got to compete in a title fight. I got like 12 shoulder pop-offs during preparation and just stopped and went to surgeon.
How are you after the surgery? Can you lift weights? Also what was the reason for the dislocation ? Can future dislocations be prevented without surgery?

I’ve sneezed and it popped, I’ve been sleeping and it popped, I fell on that shoulder and it popped, just not when I’m pushing or carrying weights. @@Nobodys_safe so that exact thing is what would happen to me, I’ve sneezed and my shoulder has popped out as well. I don’t buy the whole “20 times” line but clearly he’s got messed up shoulders and I think it’s great of him to retire. His future mobility and happiness is worth more than staying in the fight game until he’s even worse off. He did enough and he’s got other avenues to support his family.
Happened to both my father’s supraspinatus… after he won golden gloves Now he’s 60, and can’t even ride a motorcycle anymore. Do face pulls, and isolate both shoulders in their different rotations
I’m going though a similar situation I completely tore my acl and I’ve been dealing with it for years and I’m going into my 3rd surgery for it. I been smoking also and the dream of becoming a boxer is completely crushed. I had a real potential but what can you do 😢
only if you have tears or other things that keep your shoulder from being stable. I had a major dislocation that caused a major tear in my labrum and had id say at least 20 dislocations until the surgery then I was completely fine until I was doing stretches and because where the repair was it tore again causing it to dislocate which again 20+. but after that surgery I had 0 dislocations until I fell down the stairs and tore it a 3rd time and my rotator cuff in 2 spots which I cant count how many times its happened since then because I hvent had it fixed yet. point being if you have the surgery you can get stability and stop it.
@@djo8687 thankfully I have free insurance because Im disabled (not thankful Im disabled but thankful for the insurance it gives me). But all medical expenses are covered. But ive had a few surgeries pre disability and they werent awful it all depends on what insurance you have. Sorry I couldnt.be much help there. But the surgery DOES make the shoulder completely stable and stopped all dislocations. It is the most painful recovery though ive ever had. 1 month in a sling you HAVE to keep it immobile or you can fuck up the recovery. It is insanely painful. Far more painful then what the injury feel like pre surgery for sure. But in the end if you want your shoulder stable again and to stop the painful random dislocations its your best bet.
Men pay this man some Respekt Men how the fuck he was able to fight men if your shoulder pops out you have like 2-3 weeks pain i got 2 surgeries now on my shoulder all ya fighters out there train your knnees shoulders everything right und do the warm up right before a fight if your shoulder pops out more than 3 times you fucked upp you will not be able to fight 1000 % never again

guy flopped on me in rugby and my armpit touch the ground (soldier crawl position) and since then has popped out very easily around 6-7 times it’s not fun and hurts but after a while I guess you get use to it anyways he ruined my rugby career and once it blows it’s rather hard to retain or regain the ability to stop it from popping out One time I was sleeping on my stomach and rolled onto my right side and it popped in my sleep most painful time think because it woke me up to it just out of place

I don’t buy the whole “20 times” line but clearly he’s got messed up shoulders and I think it’s great of him to retire. His future mobility and happiness is worth more than staying in the fight game until he’s even worse off. He did enough and he’s got other avenues to support his family.
Jonny sins 😂😂😂😂😂
I know this kind of pain my shoulder dislocated 40 to like 50 times its f*Ing nuts
Dr. Johnny sin ya
Train your rotator cuffs people
Happened to both my father’s supraspinatus… after he won golden gloves
Now he’s 60, and can’t even ride a motorcycle anymore. Do face pulls, and isolate both shoulders in their different rotations
My shoulders bad to from wrestling and then playing football on top of it
I’m going though a similar situation I completely tore my acl and I’ve been dealing with it for years and I’m going into my 3rd surgery for it. I been smoking also and the dream of becoming a boxer is completely crushed. I had a real potential but what can you do 😢
Wish you would have told me Joe before I threw him in a parlay that night
My suprasprenadis has been ripped off my left should for 15 years. It's not too bad but I wouldn't wanna throw big punch with it.
good thing TJ retired before he fucks them up even more n loses them
Shoulder dislocations are very subject to reoccur often. Im on my 150+ dislocation and counting
only if you have tears or other things that keep your shoulder from being stable.
@@mikephillips1043 how much did you pay for surgery brother??
@@mikephillips1043 thanks man, your comment made me man up and go get it actually fixed. Much appreciated ✊
@@djo8687 hell yeah Im happy you went to get it checked out. Did you figure out what was wrong with it?
Talk about overtraining your way into retirement.
ah, there's the lil 🐍 in the grass
😂
Men pay this man some Respekt
Men how the fuck he was able to fight men if your shoulder pops out you have like 2-3 weeks pain i got 2 surgeries now on my shoulder all ya fighters out there train your knnees shoulders everything right und do the warm up right before a fight if your shoulder pops out more than 3 times you fucked upp you will not be able to fight 1000 % never again
No more juice for TJ it’s over
I’d sue the shit out of him if I bet on the guy
I'm curious to know if Joe put a bet on that fight knowing what he said he knew. James Kraus seems to be the fall guy for all the shady bets that were taking place. But you know it definitely goes higher than one coach making bets off inside knowledge.
Rogan bet big on Aljo too. Lol
I mean he shouldn't of got the win the fight before which got him this fight. Even with the terrible decision its wild to me that it was enough to get him a title fight
What’s this song called again? I recognize it
guy flopped on me in rugby and my armpit touch the ground (soldier crawl position) and since then has popped out very easily around 6-7 times it’s not fun and hurts but after a while I guess you get use to it anyways he ruined my rugby career and once it blows it’s rather hard to retain or regain the ability to stop it from popping out
One time I was sleeping on my stomach and rolled onto my right side and it popped in my sleep most painful time think because it woke me up to it just out of place
Oh that’s why he bet 32 million on the fight for Aljo to win…
Him & DC were told beforehand so they can bet a life savings on him jk
what song is this?
Wounded tj dillahshaw what a fighter. Dad won’t see him at peak again.
Anyone know the name of this background song?
And now it’s made him retire
