Dense breast tissue isn’t a cancer warning sign. It can just make it harder to locate cancer in some forms of screening.

I have dense breast tissue, but that doesn't mean you're going to get cancer, although you still should be checked to be safe. Do a 3D mamagram

      is a breast ultrasound sufficient?

  • @JessicaSmith-uh2yc

My mother was diagnosed in 2018 with breast cancer. She had a mammogram done and it came back clear but nearly three weeks later I found a lump on the side of her left breast. Fast-forward to 2021, where I went and got my mammogram and then they sent me for an ultrasound due to uncomfortable pain and a lump in my left breast. I've been watching many of these videos since then. Because they called back and asked me to get a biopsy done due to the fact they found abnormal seed around both of my areolas. I am only 35 years old and I have been getting mammograms since 2016 before my mother was ever diagnosed. Watching these videos give me the street to go through the next process and hope for a better outcome

Same with me BUT. I went to a much better facility after the first place ask for a biopsy and found out there was no problems. Their ultrasound are new top of line and the doctors saw quick that it was an old cyst that never grow. Always get a second opinion

Thank you so much for sharing Janine🙏. I was also diagnosed with breast cancer though I had no previous genetic factors in my family. I was 33. Like you I decided to share my heart wrenching experience on CZcams to help others. Keep up the amazing work💌. Xo

! So natural dense breast which most young women have is now considered a sign of breast cancer? The deceit in medical community is deplorable.

Stop selling fear again. Good sales pitch but please women beware of overdiagnosis and false positives..read last studies and see that there is almost no benefit quantifiable but lots of downsides thay don't tell you about. It's an industry and driven by profit.

Women who have this mess Secta me procedure done, does that mean that they’re also removing the breast skin or only the breast tissue inside and then they get implants?? I also need to consider all of this. Thank you so much.

I hate that you received no response whatsoever. I certainly wish that I was qualified to give you some type of advice. I won't even ask my question now that I'm desperately seeking an answer to. I hope that you have been helped and are doing well. I so know the feeling and frustration of telling doctors over and over and over what you're feeling and they totally disregard you as they give adsurd "diagnosis" that make no sense.
      All the best to you.

I had lump and was getting ultrasound and the tech kept saying I got in car accident and I told her never. She call the head radiologist. The was asking me have I been losing weight and is there breast cancer in my family. I had to get biopsy the next week. It’s was benign but I do have dense breast and need mammogram every 6 months.
