The little bag is called a dessicant pack. It is packed in all sorts of electronics and items that would be damaged by moisture. The dessicant pack is bassically a bag of moisture absorbing crystals to protect shipped items from possible damage while at sea or temperature variances.
Awesome headphones just got a pair - best decision I’ve made
Purchased 3 or 4 weeks ago...they work well. Two problems; during my morning (sweaty!) gym sessions, they tend to want to fall off, even with the headband set to it's smallest. Also, it's beyond me why Bose would be sending me ads to buy the same thing again, at a price $50 less than what I paid...

maybe a weird question: if i use the cable to listen to music. does the microphone work when I am using the cable? because some headphone microphone do not work when using the cable.

I’m deciding between these (SE) or the Sony XM4 but with these you can’t turn off aware or NC mode which is the strongest argument to go with the CM4s imo. I use headphones during work and I need some protection from high noises from power tools etc and I need to hear people but with Bose I have to choose between hearing people and not be protection from those high noises or to have NC on and not hearing people!
With the XM4s I can turn off both and still be able to hear people and get some protection from high pitch sounds!
Is it possible to lower the NC level on these like you could on the 35II?
I like these 45 but I can’t buy them if that’s not possible! 🤔

As good as they get, I've been using Bose headphones for around 7 years now and they have always sounded really good. These especially sound really nice and the software you get is very easy to use.

Since I just got these i can't say much but being a user of the QC25 which lasted me for around 7 years I think these will be just as durable

What do you do if your headphones bluetooth doesn’t? The bluetooth light doesn’t turn on.
so the only special adjustments with the app are 'Quiet' (full NC) or 'Aware' (less or no NC) or self-voice (how loud you hear your voice during calls) ?
I'm looking for eq - bass/treble adjustment - and have not found it.
Video tip - holding the phone in your hand moving up and down, while showing us the tiny text is hard to read and annoying - I know movement may trigger attention but I won't be watching this kind of thing again.
Thanks for the advice, I hadn't figured out how to zoom in while editing, so I would raise the phone to get closer

Why does Apple charge to download Bose Music App?
It’s free for me. But even if it costed money, that would be the fault of the developers, not Apple. The developers set up the price.
Can you use the qc25 airplane adapter on the qc45s?
Does the Action Button feel slightly different than the play/pause, vol up and down buttons? Just want to know if the click travel is slightly different?
I'm not sure about what click travel means, but at least for the feeling of it I can answer you! the play/pause button feels much more.. clicky? than the action button. The action button very almost feel like you're not clicking it when you are, you just feel a little light click. To explain it another way the play/pause button makes a little click sound when you press it, the action button doesn't. I hope I could help a little!

I bought these headphones, and everything is okay but I couldn't send WhatsApp audio messages😢
This background music is painful which is ironic since we're looking at headphones which cancel this kind of madness out.
