Nazaré in the Offseason is Spectacular!

The biggest waves in famous Nazaré are in the winter when the weather is less than perfect, but the north shore has sizable waves year round so go when the weather is awesome and you'll still get a show. Randy and I were there in late September and the waves were around 25 feet (7.62 meters). My friend Julia joined us that week. See the fantastic place we stayed and what we ate.
