Simon Cowell's non-verbal body language is so fascinating when in the presence of a singer he did not expect to be magnificent. He becomes transfixed and bewildered through his expressions and it is actually a pleasure to see because he is not easily impressed.
Her control of the dynamics -- the loudness and softness of her voice -- is amazing. I never thought this song could be anything but sappy. But this is a wonderful version.
She was phenomenal and a great personality to boot.

Have to share this. I’m a 6th grade teacher with many students who have or are living through heart breaking circumstances. I took a risk and showed them this video They were spell bound and many ran for the tissue box (especially the boys). It was worth the risk. Thank you Sydnie!❤
Bless you for showing the children this. It's a beautiful rendition of a beautiful message. Here in the USA we try to teach our boys to be strong & not cry, but crying is part of empathy & empathy is needed for boys to become good, strong men. So thank you! May I suggest for your next number you try Andra Day's Rise Up, which is Simon Cowell's favorite song.
