i really want Bella, i got a friend who said he'll get me her and a few others from wave 2 for Christmas. as i suspected the gluey stuff on her forehead was most likely just hair gel, it happens. so glad you were able to wash it out. the hand problem like i said before certain dolls you gotta look out for, cause the same thing happened to my violet. but the hands are in fact removable, idk who told you they weren't but they are. my Poppy's and Skyler's hands pop out easily. i hope when i get my Bella she doesn't have the hand problem cause you're the second youtuber I've seen to have the same problem. yes, MGA does send out replacements for rainbow high. i saw a video of someone talking about their experience with the MGA customer service thing and they were able to get a full replacement of Avery Styles (the one with the wigs).
That’s good to hear. I’ve contacted MGA for replacements many times since the release of OMG but the sheet doesn’t seem to be submitting right now... must be a bug in the system

Edit: btw 100% removable I removed all 9 of my dolls hands they are fine
MGA does in fact send replacement rainbow high dolls... my Skylar's leg was messed up and I went on their website similar to LOLS...

MGA does give Rainbow High Replacements. I got a Sunny Replacement cuz my original had a Chipped lip and a rip in dress and my replacement came on Friday.

My bella has the same problems except the stain on her forehead is black and her hand isn't even poseable because if i move it it'll break!!!

idk if you've already submitted a complaint but you might be more likely to get a replacement if you say the hand broke when you were posing it, not by taking it off. I've seen people get flat out told no and MGA is claiming they aren't removable when they clearly are.

the hands are removable as a rainbow high doll collector i have many of the dlls and the hands are supposed to be removed but not the arms like mh and eah but the hands can be removed

My violet willow had a pink scratch and black scratch which looked like marker, me and my sister simply used nail polish remover and it came off easily, it didn’t get rid of the natural sparkle on them

Same story here. There's been one defective Bella at my Target since before Christmas, and nobody bought her. I waited to see if they would send more, but since they haven't I snagged her even today just in case she becomes rare or something. I fixed her the best I could, and If I find a better one in the future I might exchange her.

How to you go to mga replacement
I ordered Bella from Target recently. Of course one of her earrings is stuck to the side of the box. Also there seems to be a bit of dirt in her hair. I've seen so many Bellas with these problems. I assume they're just factory errors, but now I'm even more scared opening her for the fear of her hands-

I got the shiney face varient and it was glittery to,her second outfits jackets buckle broke and its pretty annoying,it was a great detail , but overall my bella was pretty good.

My first violet hand broke and she had no joint in her elbow. MGA don't send out replacement parts or dolls in the UK they tell you to return the doll where you brought it sadly. My 3rd violet doll was OK lol.

You definitely should email MGA if you don't like her. I personally have to hurry and send in all 6 of the warranty claims because in 2 weeks Violet becomes one month old and the rest of them will shortly follow. The quality control is awful and you should check her legs to see if they have holes in the sides of them.

When you try to take the hands off, you need to grab and pull on the base of the ring, not the actual hand, that way you don't risk the ring snapping the center
