Logan earned my respect at Qatar. That took courage and honor to both drive out and try to fight and to accept he couldn't anymore. His race engineer (and I feel bad not knowing his name!) was right: there is no shame in throwing the towel then. He gave it his all. He WANTED to give beyond his all.
Glad to see James kept you on. We all have our ideas on how the next chapter in the Williams resurgence will go but I'm sure many of us will stand by his decision.
And you showed you wanted to fight for this seat.
Fighters win in this sport.
@ashaide I hope he does exceptionally well and wish him good luck on his future with F1.
Let's just hope Williams have learned greatly from their hideous safety history; no more shortcuts or shoddy amendments.
Rest in Peace Ayrton Senna, forever one lap ahead and always on the Podium.
X🎉
Gaetan is Logan's engineer, and I agree.
Williams is probably doing the biggest comeback in the history of F1
@dr.brights6160 I can only pray that they put safety first and learn very very quickly that 'bodge jobs' are forever unacceptable.
Until I see proof that they have learned any lessons from the past, I won't support them. I will however pray that Logan does exceptionally well.
X🎉
Leave the safety to the FIA and the performance for the teams@@Ann-vc1py
The music in this video says that xD.nevertheless,They probably will at some point, theyre the only merc customer team who hasn’t outperformed the works team.if they get their baseline car concepts right, they’re going to be the 3-4th quickest atleast and the fastest on straightline and high speed.
@Ann-vc1py Thankfully the Williams family don't have much to do with the team since 2020. James put in a pretty good first year as Team Principal getting Williams from 10th to 7th. F1 safety standards have come a long way since Senna's accident.
Let’s hope but also be realistic. The other teams are also improving massively. With AT getting the RB19 suspension, it’ll be tough to beat them as well.
It certainly has been a difficult rookie season for Logan, but having followed his career since 2020 when he almost won the F3 Championship ahead of Piastri, I was convinced then - as I am now - that he has untapped potential. It just took a bit longer for him to find the right rhythm, but there's definitely been some signs of improvement towards the end of the season.
I look forward to seeing what he can bring next year. Hopefully, the FW46 will also be a consistent performer, being able to score much more regularly.
Come on, Logan! 💪
Every day I'm still thankful for Williams for giving Logan the chance, and thankful for James for giving him another shot in 24, he a rough start to his rookie season and showed some promise in the last half, I trust Williams and Albon to help push Logan forward, heres to a more successful 24 campaign #LS2
I'm so happy Logan's gonna be in 24
If I could meet you (Logan) I would
Logan took a very difficult rookie season like a champ, especially proud of him quitting in Qatar. Keep it up!
Hope he will have a good season next year.
Hope that Logan will do better next year, that he fought Piastri for the titel in F3 in the same machinery shows that he is talented.
Im rooting for him, as I did at the start of the year 2023.
You don't see this too often, through the critisicm, pressure and negativity, putting this out truely shows that the team truely behind the bloke. Bit of a glimpse in the to human side of it all. Impressive response to what was a difficult year, and what a way to get a bunch of encouragement and positivity around the guy rather than schepticism from the general community.
Big Up Williams
as the worlds biggest oscar fan logan is my most anticipated driver next year I truly feel he is going to upstage all expectations held by people
I'll Never Stop Being Proud Of Logan's Achievements, Despite Having A Season That Made Some Think That He's Unworthy Of A Seat In Formula One. Drivers Can Redeem Themselves, Rookie Or Not, It Takes Time To Get Comfortable In An F1 Car, Anyway. But Logan, He PROVED That He Was Worthy, Especially At The Tailend Of The Season.
Keep Fighting, Buddy! 💙
glad logan got a second chance, let’s score some points this year, go williams!
Tough season for Logan, but he's got a good heart I think. He did enough to deserve another season, hopefully many more points finishes to come!
rooting for you brother enjoy the journey
I'm so happy he got a seat for 24 he has a lot of potential and had a really hard rookie season but hope to see him improve big time this upcoming season.
As an American F1 fan since Senna and the announcement of Andretti joining F1 in 1993 Logan and Americans face an extra hurdle joining you have so much to prove now so go Get Them!!!
You seen the tracks now
James I hope your wisdom keeping the kid pays off
1:33 loved to see the sound deadening effect from putting on the helmet! Editor really putting in effort into these videos.
Go Logan!
i know he’s going to be so so incredible this coming season, i’m so sure of it
I am glad he has another year to keep on growing and demonstrate his capabilities - good for Logan.
Will be rooting for him into ‘24 🎉🎉🎉
Honestly Logan will go far in F1, I gained so much respect for him to drive in the unbearable temperatures and I do believe he has a lot of potential, i feel that his rookie season just wasn’t his season and I feel that 2024 will be a better season and I truly believe next season it will show the talent he has. Rooting for you Logan!💪🏼
Happy Birthday Logan!! Hope you have a nice day and a nice 2024 season!! 🚀🚀
Great job Logan, keep moving forward 👍
This video was so fire. Made me hyped for Logan next year. Redemption!
Good luck in 2024 Logan. Will be rooting for you Alex and Williams.
When I found out he got his first point I was jumping up and down and screaming at the top of my lungs in Excitement! ❤
Logan beautiful‼️👍️😊
he's still just a young kid, that much weight is extraordinary for someone of his age. He had little to no testing going into Bahrain, you all forget Piastri was a backup driver for entire year on the sim. stop the comparisons.
We appreciate you giving Sargeant another chance.
Cheering for you, Logan!
Alexander Rossi & Scott Speed are both American and drove F1 cars, in races, within the last 30 years.
I'm so happy logan signed for another year, lets hope he does even better this year
happy bday logan❤❤
I'm glad Logan was given a 2nd year to prove whether he belongs in Formula 1.
Happy birthday to Logan Sargeant
"find a groove that works for ya, and get that lap back!"
We're rooting for you Logan!
happy birthday Logan!
I watch a lot of stuff on my TV and the audio in this video seems to be off. The voices are muffled. All of that aside, this is about Logan. It's great to see an American in a seat and I have a lot of optimism for 2024 for both Logan and Williams Racing. Let's go team!
Talent never disappears! Here’s to 2024!
0:37 @WilliamsF1TV what about Scott Speed? He was an American driver in F1 still racing in 2007
I think they meant points scoring American driver
Let's go Logan! 💙 I'm really hoping for a Yuki-esque redemption arc next year! 🙏🏼 Cmon points!
Some equalization would've fixed the poor sound of the mic
American drivers can drive one way, straight with slight left corners. They're just not cut for the elite level of F1. Never seen a European or South American driver cry like this.
0:38 - Not true. Scott Speed began his (short) F1 career in 2006.
Logan and Oscar have to be the 2 best rookies since Lewis Hamilton. Oh and Fernando Alonso. Forgot he's a rookie too 😅
Oscar maybe on Lewis/Charles level, but Logan's season has been pretty terrible. Hoping that the second season is better
@@saint-cardboardA lot of this has to do with the car. All of Piastri's podiums came towards the end of the season when the McLaren car was performing exceptionally well. I believe this wouldn't of happened with Piastri in a Williams. Hopefully the FW46 will allow Logan to demonstrate his potential.
Crazy to think Scott Speed was in F1 30 years ago.
That can't be right, he's 40 years old so he'd have to be driving as a 10 year old. Plus, Red Bull, Toro Rosso and all that weren't around 30 years ago in F1. Maybe his career was so shit Williams forgot about him.
@@kart3347 damn you were so close to the point and just went right by it
@@TillyP oh lol
@@TillyP was driving like a 10 year old tbf
Hoping for improvement next year 🤞🏾

The sound levels on this are poor. Logan's voice is quiet, then loud music keeps bursting in. Shame, as he has an interesting story to tell.
goat
Keep charging!
Albono and James gonna lead Williams to the good days again
WHAT THE FUCK IS A KILOMETER🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅
I hope he improves and isn't just stepping up William's repair bill.
🥰🥰❤️👍
Wtf is a Kilometer 2024!
First
0:39 Soooooo Alexander Rossi and Scott Speed don’t exist I guess 🙃
They phrased it incorrectly. What they meant to say is that he is the first American driver to score a point in 30 years.
Thank you logan for giving us many memorable moments.. said nobody. why rich kids are so dull
Nice video, but he'll be on a real test in 2024. No using the rookie card. Also, pretty sure Alexander Rossi and Scott Speed were well less than 30 years ago..
Williams is afraid of competition. Won’t let Andretti join because they would get beat
Why did you vote against Andretti? Do you fear their competition or you just fear to have less of the cake? If Haas or a cash app can have their team, why not a traditional, ambitious Andretti team?
Shame on you!
I supported your team since 1997, but after you denied Andretti to joing Formula 1, I will never support any of you. I wish you all bankrupt as soon as possible and allow to enter really competitive teams in Grand Prix Racing
Drop Logan
Did you get here because of talent or because of MAGA money? I think we all know that answer. There are other drivers out there who deserve that seat more than you do rich kid, you’re not fooling anybody.
Yeah, talent is the answer. He almost had to quit in 2021, he had no money. He had to take a free drive with the worst team on the F3 grid. What he did with that Charouz was what got eyes on him and got him signed to the Williams Academy. He then finished only a point behind Lawson, in 4th, in his rookie F2 year and in the same car. He's a world junior karting champion, was third in British F4 right behind Piastri, was title favourite in F3 in 2020 til the very last race when he was pushed off. The guy is quick. He's got the talent.
