$50 Bass Pro Shops Fishing Challenge!! (Craziness!)

- In this Bass Fishing Challenge I take you guys with me to Bass Pro Shops with a budget of $50! Rod/Reel, Line, Lures, etc had to be purchased all within the $50 budget. We then take our new gear out to test it in the waters and see if we can catch some fish!
Again, I want to thank each and every one of you for the support! We just passed 12,600! I'm having so much fun making these videos, lets keep this rolling! Don't forget to let me know what lures you guys would like to see me use in future videos!

Fishing was done in Middletown, & Wilmington, Delaware. First fishing spot was Back Creek Golf Club in Middletown. Second fishing spot was Charles E. Price Memorial Park in Middletown. Third/Fourth spot was the Brandywine Creek in Wilmington, Delaware

I love bass pro I was 13 and it was my birthday and at that time I was already pretty into fishing. I went there and wanted to get a crappie light weight set and I got the rod and reel separate. They helped me chose the best gear and gave me line for free

If you fish like i do, you know the smaller and less stuff the better. I’ve added a photo of just some of my gear so you can see how serious i am about fishing.

I definitely agree though, I've been fishing for Largies my whole life...just recently started fishing some creeks/rivers for trout(have only caught one brown in 4 weeks), and encountered a few 1lb smallies, and they fight incredibly hard for their size!

I got that rod with an Abu Garcia Black Max reel in a 5'5" UL and love it. Rod is great and reel is like butter.

I caught my biggest smallmouth two years ago, it was 6 1/2 pounds, on the Susquehanna River.

Tyler Sienko Pending upon what type of fishing you want to do, lately I’ve been doing cat fishing, and i have been fishing in Havre de Grace and Perryville, Port deposit is also a decent spot. When i go i catch all three species of catfish using live bluegill, my biggest this year was 27 pounds blue catfish. Far as Bass fishing goes it’s hit or miss sometimes but they are in the Susquehanna.

have you used the Berkeley V amp rods they are awesome and i have caught 5 pound carp on it. Walleye catfish white bass perch bluegill carp trout. that just a few of all i have caught

The cherrywood is a nice cheap rod, i enjoy it way more than an ugly stick, better low end rod imo, i have a st croix triumph and a golden carrot stick and i love the cherrywood still

Nice video dude you should do more of these $50.00 challenges because they are so cool because of the things you get with $50.00. But on the other hand the $20.00 challenges are cool because u have to try to fish with challenging rods. Also you should try using a jerk bait or a crank bait in your budget vid. Those cherrywood rods are actually pretty decent for the money.
I actually have the exact same reel and have used it a lot and I have to say that its really good for the price. Mine was a hand-me-down from my grandfather and I've caught quite a few fish on it.

Love those little Shimano ix reels I have the 2000 and 4000 had them for 4 years and have caught big catfish on them best value for money for such a small reel I still got them and there still going strong today

Look up Green Top hunting and fishing in Ashland VA. It’s an amazing store right off the 95. Probably 2.5 hours past Baltimore. If you’re heading down south I suggest stopping in!

Have that same reel for years that I bought at BPS too. Only reason I bought it was because my dad bought me the same reel w/ fiberglass Shimano rod back in the 1980’s and I lost the reel decades ago. Was surprised it was still made and so inexpensive and put it on the original rod. It is my go to pond hoping finesse rig. At times it outfishes my $200 Abu spinning rig. Love the series!!
