That MJ slap looked like a dad's "Get your shit together", nothing really disrespectful about that.

Still it is disrespectful. We are talking about an NBA player proffesional who was not Jordan's close friend noe it seemed like he was having any of it.

It is demeanng and disrespectful. Everyone gets it. He is michael jordan- he is one of the greatest - he doesnt have to demean grown up people to prove to them and others where he stands compared to them in that fashion.
Plus his wife was pretty hot in her day, she was considered Paula Abdul with less hype no sane person would think that's his mother there.

@@tomlee2790 Not much difference actually. Kobe .170 career WS/48 vs Pierce .157 career WS/48. Same 2 point field goal percentage. Pierce was better from 3 point range. Kobe took 4 more shots per game. If Pierce had taken Kobe's place on the Lakers they would have won more just for the fact that he would have co-exhisted with Shaq better and not pushed him away and he would have let his teammates get more involved while making his quota of game winners.
