Would removing the light connections save battery, possibly increase speed from less output to the lights?

With Nimh batteries, a slight increase in power. On lipo, it would only slightly increase your run time, same power.

@@Boneswiss95 2 Lipo batteries are in the car, but they are 7.2v not 7.4v which is the standard voltage.
