A tip for the painting side hustle: it’s an expensive investment right out the gate, but the Digitalistic Sketchpad is a GODSEND for any Painter Sim. It gives you access to most of the same Painting styles, is much faster than using the easel, and you can use it anywhere. It’s a bit more annoying having to sell paintings through your inventory instead of through the easel, but it’s not too big a deal.
It's even more expensive because my sims refuse to put it back in their inventory automatically when they're finished, they just leave their sketchpads all over the place 😅
Although I love the sketch pad it is more expensive when it comes to reference photos u have to pay more also u make less money when u use the sketch sadly but it’s still amazing
You can make more masterworks using a easel tho I made 100 artworks on both and I had more with an easel by a very difrent rate
My sim did not recover her fun need when using the sketchpad like she does when she paints on the easel. I found that interesting

Going on dates! A reward for a gold level date can be sold for about 750. Very useful for... certain lifestyles. 👀
I just figured this out today and my sim has reached 1mil after 35 in game days. I i kinda stumbled upon it. At one of the festivals/events, i believe it was romance festival, i saw an area where there was a garden with various flowers and plants. There was a dragon fruit plant and i saw that it was worth 251 simileons per fruit. The harvest was 10. My sim had a wish to garden to so i just planted it and after the first day of harvest the dragon fruit plant, i made 2500 off of one dragon fruit plant per day. I planted more and not i have about 50 plants and i harvest every morning and make over 100k.
I feel like no one knows this cuz my sims is swimming in cash from being a dragon fruit gardener lol
I have a pair of sims who live off-grid in mu’a pel’am and they beachcomb and dive for sulani treasures to be sold at the nearby beach! I think it’s a fun lifestyle

Having a certain skill level unlocks the instrument construction on the table. Makes for easy money flip. Especially when combined with lot traits and the marketable. Guitars are quick and sell easily for a 1k+. After a short seven queue spam can make anywhere from 7k-21k easily
Nice list man. I like to add that with painting and doing a yardsale you can get over 20.000 per masterpiece if you're level 10 and have the right selling perks. It was the first time my sims became millionaires in no-time.

Great video! I recently discovered that recording videos on the video stations from get famous can give a lot of simoleons in royalties. I had my sim record and upload a few videos while in the internet personality career. After he retired, I kept having him reply to comments and promote old videos. I think these make a big difference because the simoleons keep rolling in everyday (about $5000+), way more than his measly retirement pay lol. He hasn't had to make any new videos. I was truly surprised!

You left out owning a bar in house. I have seen many people complain of sims chronically mixing drink and "wasting $". But you can drag and drop those drinks onto your inventory sell tab to recoup the cost at lower quality and a tidy profit at higher quality. My mix 10 Sim would spam drinks without end if I didn't watch him, but I can easily sell a drink that cost 100, for 350. Keep in mind they are made much faster than paintings as well... just a thought

If you spend enough time gardening and evolve your plants fully, andhave a good size garden you can make anywhere from 5:00 to 10,000 Somalians a day, just by gardening. You do have to spend a substantial amount of time in the garden taking care of it though.
Hey I garden with my sims and he has level 8 skill how do you make 5,000 or 10,000 I only make 150-300 and his plants are excellent
@@ajahavionne4344 you do it by evolving all of the plants as high as they can, and hiting super sale. The more evolved they are, the higher they go for. You can also grow things like dragon fruit, which is easier to get a hold of if you have cottage living. I just grow a little bit of everything honestly. They're just all evolved to the max. It takes time, but once you evolve them, you get boogers of money.

I grow maybe 5-7 of those
Only plant I’m missing is the ufo plant
All are magnificent
And I run collections
Great home hustles that just fill up the day
And the grind can go on forever
Plus holding a job down as a champion gamer,but today I quit 😎

Side hustles is all I do.
Regular careers take up to much time and interfere with game playing do however use the cheat to unlock stuff only available through carrers
idk if it's the mods i have but i've always been able to get tipped from practicing music in public--sometimes it depends on the time of day; like if my sim is singing at a bar, they'll only get tipped from about 8pm to 6am.
