Please be advice that the advitise land in Sanyang Sea View is in dispute at the High Court. There was a sitting yesterday at the court over this particular land. This is a lease land already dated 10 years back and its a total of 86 hectares bought by a native of Gunjur.

The transfer fee can only be determined by the bank or institution you use to send the money. I can't fully quote it because it's differs.

Isatou, please bring it to their attention or to the authorities that cutting down the trees would have a destructive consequences to the entire environment. It should be mandatory that people should have trees in their compound because tree is life.
The people who are selling lands are becoming more destructive towards the environment for selling the land without trees People should be left develop it by integrating both trees and houses together to create a sustainable healthy environmental with laws to have minimum amount of trees in each compound before building a house or to replant trees after building.
It's heart breaking to see how people destroyed the environment just for selfish gains. It is so d*mb to cutting down all the trees just to build houses without living none or replanting them. Why why why..
Human beings were made to live with nature and not with walls without trees.
