I started with 7 stations and 2 barber 4 years later I have 9 barbers 💈

@@elithebarberstudio I use word of mouth or sometimes barbers look up on google and find out a good shop reviews in the area they wanna work in 4 years we gained 4.9 350 reviews that helps a lot , start giving out the wifi password for a google review lol it works

I disagree with you about performing 3 cuts an hour that’s working harder not smarter and I would rather work with quality over quantity...other wise I can respect you’re thoughts and opinions but sounds like you are trying to become a glorified great clips.
