【Life at Hongjin From the perspective of a 13 year-old】
My name is Charlotte Lavers and this article you are reading will be about what I, a 13 year-old girl, think of Hongjin Industrial Co and the people that work here. The Hongjin Group has been successfully eliminating global buying issues from the minds of their clients & customers worldwide since 2004. With offices and representatives around the world, they understand every person`s market as well as understanding the issues felt when working with overseas manufacturers. Most problems between global suppliers and clients are due to poor communication. They break down those barriers to ensure you get what you want, when you want it and to the level you expect. You might be thinking, what do I have to do with it? I am daughter of managing director Lisa Lavers. This means that I am lucky enough to come out to China with my Mother and sister and experience Hongjin growing, and helping people every day.
Walking in to the office in Hangzhou really does show you how truly hard Hongjin have worked since 2004 to get to where they are now. The people in the company are carefully chosen so that the customer or client feels assured that they can always trust who they are talking to, whether it be beautiful Daisy at the front desk, or Connie the CEO. Clearly, everyone is very dedicated to being the best they can be and making sure the customer is always content. Hongjin is a community, yet professional. It’s a place where people put others before themselves, but still contribute. And overall it’s a place where people happily work hard to improve the company and themselves.
This is not the first time I have visited Hongjin however. Back in 2012 I came to their old office in Hangzhou and stayed for a month. Don’t get me wrong, they were still just as good quality and worked just as hard, but coming back in 2015, the new office is about 6x bigger and there are now over 100 people working here, compared to about 20 in 2012, and a new coffee and food bar! But of course all this couldn’t have happened without the person who makes the company what it is and works non-stop to achieve maximum happiness and trust for the client.
Connie Li - Chief Executive Officer
Connie is always working hard and consistently manages to keep everyone in the know, whilst recruiting new people that can help the company develop even further. With her patience, understanding, motivation and insanely busy schedule, she really does do everything she can for Hongjin. She is assisted by William Zhong ( Executive Consultant) and Lisa Lavers (Managing Director/My Mum) who both help her to arrange things and talk about the best decisions to be made for the company.
To conclu
de, in China (the heart of shipping, trading and producing), many factories and businesses are working hard everyday and blowing up big, but Hongjin really is special. They have a whole new approach and the way they work is revolutionary. Hongjin are continuing to be successful in anything they put their minds to. And the best part?
This is only the beginning.
