    The Full Recipe:
    - 3 cups bread flour
    -¼ teaspoons yeast
    -1 ½ tsp salt
    -1 ½ cups of water
Add bread flour, yeast, and salt to a large mixing bowl
    Add 1 ½ cups water
Stir until combined (Cat uses a wooden spoon to avoid bread goobers), using your hands to incorporate the last bits of flour
Leave to rise overnight (12-16 hours)
    Day 2
Take the edges of your risen dough and gently fold into the middle, then shape it into a tight ball
Put your ball of dough on top of a piece of parchment paper inside the mixing bowl
Cover and let it sit for an hour
Preheat the oven to 425, placing your dutch oven in the oven at the same time
After your loaf has risen for an hour, score it by cutting a cross shape with a sharp knife
Sprinkle the top of the loaf with sea salt
Put the loaf into the dutch oven on top of your parchment paper, cover, and bake for one hour
