Drogba definitely up there; his intelligents, movement, pace, power but also had great ball control and technique and never hid in big games. He didnt need a system to assist him like so many players for 30 tap ins a season with 90% possession, Drogba was the kind of player who could bully a whole defence by himself so even if Chelsea were down to 10 men against the best teams of that era against top defenders (not so many today) they were still in with a chance to win big games be that scoring a important goal or creating havoc and space for Lampard .
As an Arsenal fan Henry is my favourite but Drogba is definitely closer than people give him credit for.

But as a team mate, Drogba was better, his hold up play was much better than Henry's and he had way more defensive duties. Drogbas job at Chelsea wasn't just to score goals as shocking and impossible as that can be to understand for some people, he was there to ensure goals were scored, whether by himself or by ensuring the people around him could score, Chelsea always played as a team where anyone could score, not just the front 3.

Also lets face it if you're adding the LeagueCup you should also be adding Shields. In some ways you prefer to win the shield than the LeagueCup if you look at the team's managers put out for both competitions and you're guaranteed to play a team who were quite successful the season earlier in the Shield.

Henry will always be considered the best because of his legacy with the invisibles and his goals and assists. Drogba was the best big game player. Shearer was an unbelievable goal scorer. Aguero has done it for 10 years consistently. But for me there is one player that is in a different class to everyone, Luis Suarez. He won’t get the credit he deserves because he was hated, he played for a pretty poor Liverpool team and the fact that he played for Liverpool. But he is the only premier league player I’ve ever watched and thought, you are absolutely unplayable. He had everything the other greatest strikers had. He scored goals and assisted like Henry, he turned up in big games like Drogba, he was an unbelievable goal scorer like Shearer, if he played every game in the 13/14 season he would’ve absolutely destroyed the goal scoring record by at least 6 goals and he had consistently like Aguero doing it week in week out. If you asked a defender to create their worst nightmare in a player, you’d get Luis Suarez. For me, the 3rd or 2nd best player I’ve ever watched. I’d only put Messi comfortably ahead of him.

Aguero gets a lot of freebies with the state of the league and how much better his team is right now but he could still do it even if it was which is why you have to mention him. I'm not saying diving or bad decisions didn't exist in the 90's / early mid 2000s either but the game in the Premier League was a lot more intense too. Nowadays the ref blows for fouls for wind pushing you over back then players like Roy Keane were biting your ankles doing everything they could to disrupt your game in a far more physical way that made it more difficult than today.

As much as I regard Drogba as one of the best modern-day strikers, let alone one of the best PL strikers of all time, I cannot put him above Henry. Henry, in his prime could do anything you expect a footballer to do.
He is absolutely clinical in front of the goal with his trademark far-post finesse shot. His speed, pace and power when he comes at you with of without the ball. What he did in the 03-04 season; score 23 league goals and had 20 assists is the prime example why he is always going to be the best PL strikers of all time. Sure Drogba scores in big games, cup finals and what not. But how many games did Henry single-handedly won for Arsenal? Against Chelsea in 04, Liverpool in 03, Inter in 03, Real Madrid in 06, Bayern in 03 and against Utd countless of times. For one season, definitely unplayable but didn't play in the league long enough to be a candidate for the accolade.
Definitely one of the best strikers currently though.

    Henry isn't a striker. It's Shearer/Van Nistelrooy/Drogba
