- Our co-worker Cheslie Kryst lit up the office and the TV screen every day during her time as an "Extra" correspondent. She was also working on a book and excited to share it, finishing just months before she tragically and unexpectedly took her own life. Now, her mother April Simpkins is fulfilling Cheslie's dream of getting her book published with "By the Time You Read This: The Space Between Cheslie's Smile and Mental Illness," out now.
This book is going to save lives …thank you
She was stunning.
❤😢 may peace prevail for all of us
RIP angel.❤
❤🙏🏾 Wow! I pray one day to be able to do something that gives people who look like us, especially, the help WE need to cope with those very feelings Chelsie dealt with. May God rest her soul.
Blessings💜🙏….
God bless her and her family
I wish she would have not done this to herself because this woman was the epitome of love and light. I wish she could've seen what we saw in her. Even in her passing she is still a dynamic force. Every time I see any story on Cheslie I feel so sad that she felt that she had to struggle alone. Congrats Mom for the book release.
Beautiful lovey and I am sue she was a wonderful person too
Myself peace 🕊️ live.
😢
She didn't take her valves
Just imagine! Sound like the most wicked evil spirit I’ve heard in a long time. “Never enough” ? Who could bear that?
I wish a woman of God would have seen this demon in her and pulled her aside and did deliverance on her. That demon needs to go to the pit where it belongs.
It’s now out there tormenting someone else.
I hope she translates it to French so I can read it.
😔I'm confused. How could this book be Cheslie's dream if she chose to off herself? It makes no sense. The Cheslie I know would much rather be alive still living her dream that she worked hard and sacrificed for. The problem is that I don't believe she was mentally ill. Depressed perhaps maybe but not mentally ill. Cheslie was everything her own mother wanted to be and it was her dream not Cheslie's. If Cheslie did have any issues in life about anything it was because of April Simpkins and nobody else. Now go and figure that!!!!!🤔
Imagine hearing a voice in your head telling you everyday that you’ll be good enough. It’s a noise that doesn’t come and go it’s constant… that’s why she ended her life. She was tired and done.
@@infinitedreaming222So according to what you just said, ok let me imagine a constant voice inside my head telling me, "I'M GOOD ENOUGH"!!!!!
My question is are you saying that she had an issue with only being good enough in comparing the term to simply being average? If so would you agree that the problem with her was that being just good enough wasn't good enough for her given she put a lot of pressure on herself in being an overachiever?
