This society can be so cruel. She is a stunning woman before and after surgery. Dr. Nasif did a great job.
I'm so happy for her. She's so pretty
This lady was stunning before the surgery and even more stunning after the surgery. Congrats to the doctors. I wish her all the best in her life
I had a flap exactly as described and I felt it was going to be terrible. It looked really gruesome, to be honest. But now, four months out, I am so happy and grateful they were able to create a nostril for me - and now it's just a memory. It's definitely a little strange, but I kept my nose bandaged during the flap process and it was OK. You are going to love how it turns out! You have to look at it as a process and not a single event.
People in the U.S. are very judgmental. This lady is here concerned about how people judge her.
Yes, the nose doesn’t look normal
But we need to learn to mind our own business and accept people with any condition. My mom got her nose destroyed due to skin cancer on her nose
Skin cancer is no joke. How is she now?
This is so true. It’s not like it’s something she had or has control over. I don’t know why people are so concerned with other people’s business. Just be nice.🥰
Yes, people more and more are so superficial. Everyone ages, but a beautiful personality is forever.
My ex mother in law born in the mid 20s had a deformed nose due to reaching for a box of lye spilling in her nose cavity when she was a child. She had no cartilage and lived with it her whole life. Yes it was noticed at first, but she was so strong and confident that it was part of her. She was a wonderful person and I still miss her.
It's not just people in the US.
She was gorgeous before and after surgery. I'm so happy the doctors were able to help her, and give her, her confidence back.
It's incredible how transformative plastic surgery can be, but I've heard it can also be quite expensive and risky.
Absolutely, plastic surgery costs can add up quickly, especially if you're going through multiple procedures or revisions. It's unfortunate when someone goes through several surgeons only to end up disappointed with the results.
I can imagine the frustration and financial strain of going through multiple surgeries. It's essential to do thorough research and find a reputable surgeon to avoid costly mistakes. But what if someone doesn't have enough funds saved up for such procedures?
That's where short-term investments with a financial advisor could come in handy. By working with a professional, individuals can explore options to grow their money quickly and efficiently, helping them afford necessary procedures without depleting their savings.
Investing for short-term goals like plastic surgery expenses is a smart approach. Does anyone have experience working with a financial advisor for short-term investment goals?

I hope she knows she's so cute and pretty even with the smushed nose, I also hope her new one stays healthy for good.
It is so refreshing watching these plastic surgeons doing complicated operations.
Whoa, I didn’t think it was gonna work out. I hope the disease leaves her new nose alone!!
I was tested for this same disease, thankfully I don’t have it. I have a lot of other things instead, but none of them dangerous.
Wow! Dr. Paul, you hit this one as a hole in one! Great job. Now this beautiful lady can focus on the homes she is selling and the buyers can stop sticking their noses where they don’t belong! 🥰🥳✨💫🌟
Dr.’s Paul & Terry, you guys are so awesome! Thank you for all you do and for everyone you help. You are great humanitarians! ♥️ 🙏 🤗 🇨🇦
Waaaaaw!!! She has a normal nose!!!
He did an amazing job, I'm so happy for her!
Wow Dr.Nassif is incredible.
Wow, these doctors have a cheerful temper
They seem to be very good at putting patients at ease through humour and their friendly demeanor
Dr. Nassif did a fenomenal job. He and Dr. DuBrow are miracle-makers. I was so happy at the result of the nose surgery that I cried too for Nicole. Utterly amazing.👍👍
This was a great idea for the Drs to go on the road and repair natural issues.
Wow I was just diagnosed with GPA vasculitis last year... crazy to hear someone elses story. When I was a teenager the cartilage in my nose started deteriorating and none of my doctors could figure out why. I had to get a rhinoplasty and they took cartilage from my head to rebuild my nose. I went on to suffer for years and have some brutal surgeries that didn't help and was told I just had severe asthma and sinus issues.. I started to loose my hearing in my left ear two years ago and it finally took seeing an ear surgeon to see the signs and refer me to a rheumatologist. I finally got my diagnosis at 29 years old. I really feel her pain... I was so depressed before and after my nose surgery due to the change in my apperence that wasn't my choice. It's taken me many years to start to accept myself and feel beautiful again. I'm so thankful to be on treatment now and have amazing doctors helping me! ❤
I have a disease on the vascular spectrum called Relapsing Polychondritis. I lost my hearing to it and I have a tiny divot on the rim of my ear. RP also comes with excruciating attacks on ribs and joints. It can affect organs too. What has really deformed me is the medication I've needed. 3 years of Prednisone at 30mg and up have given me Cushing's Syndrome. I'll never be without medication but I hope to find new substitutes for Prednisone. Then I'll see about cosmetic repairs of my face and body.
I'm so sorry to hear that stay strong 💕 I hope they can find an alternative medication for you down the road. Prednisone is brutal but it has helped me so much with my inflammation, I luckily can go off of it soon and stick with the infusion treatments
Amazing transformation! She’s beautiful before and after. The first minute I saw her I thought “wow, she looks like Diane Lane”!
I have Behcet's Disease, a Vasculitus. Recently, I noticed my nose hurt. I get ulcers in mucosa tissues, and it has caused me to lose my smell. I use steroid spray in my nose and creams. My left nostril has been hard to breathe. I've noticed a collapse in center tissue. It's very noticeable. I've had pain in my ribs as well and have had a cupping out of the edges. I've always been told it could be a cartilage infection. Now, my rheumatologist says deterioration of cartilage is possible with Vasculitus. I have an appointment with ENT for a definitive diagnosis. Vasculitus isn't an illness, it's a disease that damages the body over time. If not managed this disease will cause death. Healing wounds is slow and sometimes you have to take steroids until healed.
My mom has this disease. She has lost quite a bit of hearing. I am glad this lady is ok now.
Incredible how good this turned out!
Great Job Dr Nassif and team! She looks amazing! I’m so happy for her♥️
It's a masterpiece! She looks so pretty!
Such a sweet young lady and her family & friends are so supportive. I'm so happy for her.
It's absolutely insane to me that in the US patients are not kept in a hospital at least for a day or two after AGM operation under a full anesthetisia.
The way you don't have proper universal insurance is maddening. All the sharks want to keep their predatory ways. That's the beastly face of the capitalism, the lack of proper social security.
(Saying that as a person born in the USSR, living in Russia. I hate that "communism", but a lot about pure capitalism is truly unsightly.)
So so happy for her❤
Nicole is something else. What a trooper. She was trying to change her looks, she just wanted her nose back. And she got it, those two are quite talented
oh my gawd !!!! I am crying so hard I am so happy for her she is so beautiful and confident !!! Im sure she can breathe so much better too!! I am SO HAPPY for her ! She was so stunning before and so charismatic but she is a trooper!
She looks amazing. Both always do a great job.
“ I can’t believe you guys are here” as if she didn’t know they were coming
Yeah and she just so happened to have the whole family there at that exact moment, like in every other episode of this. I absolutely hate these kind of actings
people can intellectually know that they are coming and be all set up and still emotionally not quite believe it.
Dr. Nassif I hate to say there is beginner’s luck in golf….my grandpa took my mother and her fiancé and 2 of her brothers golfing-- the boys were going to show her how it was done. Mom had never been golfing before, she was not the sporty type. She got a hole in one on the first hole, laughingly she gave her brother the club saying this is not such a hard game. I think I’ll go get a drink. She got a write up in the newspaper, and never played again. Keep practicing and remember nobody judges you by your golf game.😎
What a transformation. Wow!!!
Amazing results
her new nose is so pretty and adorable.
Even without a nose she was beautiful. Im so happy for her
my first thought when I saw her was wow she's absolutely beautiful! I didn't see her disability at all, and I can relate to how she feels when people stare at a deformity that is so visible. I had my thyroid taken out due to congenital hypothyroidism and the surgeon who did it botched my surgery and cut all the way through my airway and vocal chords and I've had about 12 surgeries to fix everything and I had a tracheostomy while I was awake and suffocating from my airway after that surgery. Having my neck cut so much I looked like Frankenstein and with the trache along with it people would just gawk and stare at me or they would come ask me about it in a very insensitive manner. It hurts....it hurts so bad to not be able to go anywhere without that anxiety and then for it to happen every single time you go anywhere it really kills you inside. I hope her nothing but happiness and healing! She's a beautiful person inside and out!
I'm so sorry for what you've been through! I can't imagine what kind of toll that kind of trauma would take on your mental and emotional health. I hope you find peace and lasting good health. 🙏🏻
@@HeavensMee thank you so much ♡ I really appreciate that! 💗 and you as well!
Are people mean or are they just curious? I try so hard not to stare when I'm curious.
This what the plastic surgery for at first place...helping the one who really need it....
She's beautiful! Reminds me of Diane lane
Came to say the same thing! She really does look like her!
So pretty!!!!
She’s stunningly beautiful❤
Que bênção trazer de volta a alegria de uma pessoa 🎉
It broke my heart when she said she would do anything, even "jump off a cliff", to get her nose back.
I wish they'd show all the journey, a lot of their patients tend to need more than one surgery and it really would be nice to see how this doesn't just happen in a span of a couple of weeks and all the work that it takes. It would be a bit more realistic and, I think, encouraging to people who go through similar journeys
Shock of shocks, they just happened to visit when she is all dressed up for company.
I saw Dr. Ebony that one foot doctor used a really interesting method during surgery and massaged the area around the toes when she was trying to get the tissue to live. She also moved things around so that gravity was helping her. It was actually really smart, I never thought of that before but it makes sense. Maybe they could someway in the future see if they could turn over the patient and increase blood flow to the nose that way
Perfect 👌👌👌👌👌
Such a sweet and pretty lady!
She is still so pretty even with her teenage nose tbh
My sister passed away from this she. She had Wegners granulomatosis with polyangangiitis
Hyperbaric treatment?
America's idea of beautiful.
Wow
Get that money 🎉
❤❤❤❤❤
❤️👏🏼❤️👏🏼❤️👏🏼❤️👏🏼❤️
Wait this is a condition? A longtime family friend has a nose which looks like this and I don't believe she's ever been diagnosed with anything - or sees it as an issue in the first place?
I didn’t even notice anything wrong. Her nose looks normal to me, just needs maybe a little work to help her be able to breathe better.
Oh my gosh, hello!!! Like she's surprised the doctors are there. Oh puhleeeese.
The acting wouldn’t have been so bad if not the entirely family hadn’t been there at that exact moment and everything being spotlessly clean in the house xD
Honestly she was still absolutely gorgeous before in retrospect it was simply a lil flat visually 😅
Seeing her, I would assume a nose job gone too far, which would not be unusual in a realtor. I hope they can help her voice, I haven't watched to the end.
The surgeries did help her breathing and her voice a little
I think her nose is fine. Makes her look like Diane Lane.
Do they ever go visit anyone who's poor?
Where did the boyfriend go?
I wonder how she feels with a mask on.
🎉🎉
She said: I don't have a profile. Instagram cut me off for saying about a bird whose beak had been cut off many years ago: "Your profile is unbeatable." Meaning he looks so cute. They accused me of wanting ill.egal likes and more.😂😂😂
I guess she wasn't a candidate for a prosthesis? It seems that might have been an option without negative side effects.
dr nassif, tone down the hair dye!
One is plastic surgery and the other cosmetic surgery
Stop
I hate how they act surprised when the doctors show up!!! They’ve been aware over 2 weeks and it’s all staged! Notice how everyone’s house is perfectly clean, their hair and makeup completely done and it just so happens her family is there… completely made up as well!
I hate these shows because they are so staged! I know, I’ve been in a couple of them and they are so planned and organized to make it look more believable
You have to be pretty good at faking to be in these show…. Like get looking so “surprised” that the doctors were there!🤦♀🤨
Hate?! If you can put yourself in their shoes, it's easy to see why they are so surprised- for years and for some of us decades, we've all seen these doctors performing miracles on tv. Seeing them in person would be a surprise even if you knew they were coming. If those two were at your door standing there smiling at you, chances are you might realct the very same way. Keep in mind these people have been suffering for months, sometimes years with some kind of disfigurement and some of them are in constant pain so part of their surprise is probably excitement and extreme gratitude that they might have a chance to feel and look normal.
@@kitschmygrits4836 They could just skip the staged acting and just go directly to the appointment, and all the people they have been going to in this program are rich people. They have the funds to go see a doctor instead of having them go see them in their snobbish homes and show off like some pedigree dogs. The surgeons would be much better off helping those who can’t usually afford these kind of surgeries, but nooo, the rich will get it all!
It’s the histrionics for me. Enough with the constant crying girl…😫 just as bad as Kandi from RHOA
It's a terrible desease. She can cry all she wants. ✌🏽
Gross seeing a physician, chewing his fingernails..
