Richard I love your more "Down to Earth" "higher vibe" stuff you've done over the years. Now that you've made an album that pleases the more hardcore industrial fans I'd love to hear the next album with more of the uplifting but still bad ass vibe. I digress, a tour with NIN and Filter would be amazing in any future decade. Please come to Omaha!!!! Tell the other guy if he's still part of the band to look more bad ass and uplifting as well he could use an image reboot lol. No disrespect I'm sure he's brought lots of talent to the table.
Dirty Harry True, and I'm not trying to knock Jonathan because he is a talented guitarist and all. But, I would've given anything to see Geno shredding it back in the day!
I agree he looks like a hack now and back on the drugs. but Richard did a good job on his own after leaving nin. he had a lot of decent hits besides hey man nice shot. like can you trip like I do, picture or take my picture. jurico or whatever. I dunno. But he definitely did a good job on his own and still pays his respect to nin for the opportunity. and I would love to see filter open up nin live, be awesome if Richard came on guitars for head like a hole. i'd pay a lot of money for that
it's Jonny Radtke,[photo below] ( an excellent guitarist. ) He is friends with Ville Valo from HIM. ( this is simply a stage image), he is a respected and talanted musician, and a very cool person, everything else is irrelevant, [pardon my English, - 😙] here is his regular look, goo.gl/images/4PZ3W6
@@PistonAvatarGuy they had a ton of great soundtrack sings like jurassitol. Kind of like NIN. I loved the first few albums but then they lost me. Saw NIN open for Jesus and Mary chain many years ago. It was before anyone really knew about NIN and with Trent and Richard it was magic
I've always preferred filter over nin. Its just too disturbing sounding for me. I want music to relax and calm me or get joy and nin music is almost fear inducing rather than calming lol.
I liked Filter and I like that Richard Patrick was the guitarist for NIN at one point, but over time I just began to get bored with Filter. Their new album in my opinion blows and it just doesn't cut it. I can't listen to them as much anymore.
lets all pull together and get the lead singer of stone temple pilots off the uppers, downers, and all arounders- maybe if he could like stop smoking the pot or the stop the alcohol too! like, get him down to one socially accepted drug or something so he can perform and create again. seriously, let's start a campaign! and dude, trent shot u up the first time? that sucks, a lesser man/ woman would hold that against their friend...*cough* shane crawford
Filter and NIN are great!!!
I'd love to see NIN and Filter go on tour together. Two of my favorite bands from the 90s. :)
If they did a '90s themed tour, that would be absolutely EPIC.
They play together 2022
@@Alex-rk5jp yeah I saw that! Also wow nine years….

That would be epic! Give Filter a chance.
Meanwhile the guitarist is just zoned out on the right...
Doing his best Twiggy...
Nin- Filter Tour? please!!!
Heroin. Its one hell of a drug.
he looks and acts like a parody of a rockstar
My God. If NIN and Filter toured together. Take my Money!!
Dude beside him doesnt look like Filter material

I saw them live back in 2000 and they were fucking awesome...
KISS
Saw NIN, Trent was awesome. Saw Filter, was insulted and called old by the band ...never go again
Richard actually joined the band so he could get closer to Daisy May.
Well that interview just made me sad.
Me too. Richard makes me so tender.

Man if the radio hits are the only filter songs you know, you missed out.
You got your wish for Rich to come out with NIN!
i'm gonna throw something here.......filter & NIN collab album?
@Junior Sanchez I would enjoy Rich coming back for a quick Broken-esque EP

Hall of Fame induction: uh oh
LOL
So, what you're saying is, whatever HE DOES, YOU DO??!!
Did they fall out at one point? Seem to remember that...
Really you must not have listened to Filter over the years. Listen to current filter vs Hey man Nice shot. Not even close.
Nothing tops the first album. Simplicity worked for them, but they decided to over-complicate their music after Short Bus, I never understood that.

That blonde guy looks like the chick from inglorious bastards
just saying, he keeps on the whole "trent trent trent" thing. it's like, come on! stop

Nine inch nails contains nightmares yeah😊

Christ, this comment aged horribly
Dude is obsessed talking about Trent Reznor
Filter is way better than NIN
Who's the chick?
Who’s the chick on the right?
I dont know, but I bet he tears it up on her guitar.
@TA A no I meant like I used both pronouns to refer to his wingman.
The guy is Jonathan Radtke, guitarist, songwriter and producer.
does that herpes sore open up for you guys on tour?
Actually it looks to be millimeters off the lip, so it's just a pimple.
trent is like " who the fuck is that guy again?"
Trent wrote a song about him (Piggy), he probably wouldn't forget.
Serious drug problem on the right
Cute girlfriend.
Who's the chick on the right...
I was about to comment that lol
that's jonny radke from kill hannah. he joined filter in 2011
