The steering wheel is such a weak argument though. The grips are replaceable, you can just fit smaller grips to the wheel. To remedy the strength issue you would need power steering which comes with its own set of issues.
Are we also going to ignore the fact that men have a much larger parietal lobe than women? This is the part of the brain that we use for spacial awareness in practical tasks such as driving.

also when driving at such high speeds the strength required to steer especially steer at a sharper angle is alot greater
