The Ceidwad Coch mountain bike route at Elan Valley

The #elanvalley in Mid-Wales is a beautiful place to go mountain biking #emtb #mtb . Here is the Ceidwad Coch trail starting from the visitors centre which includes the excellent flow trails.

Oh but there's a good route up from Penygarreg dam over the hill and down the old golf course byway back to town. Definitely a better return than down the family trail or road.

I did this very ride on my 60th birthday last summer though the track up to Claerwen was too waterlogged. Excellent ride. Are you on an e-bike here?
