Danyull researchers have found that patients with asthma may encounter depression throughout their lives due to the symptomes that simply stops them from playing physical sports such as football and basketball that takes a stable respiratory system so the list of stmptoms goes on and on and the triggers too the exacerbation of phlegm is intense enough to make u depressed and might go dark places if ur not treated by medicines like “ beta agonist 2 aka flutiform for the long term affect “

Quit all bad habits like smoking drinking . And gradually lower ur dependency on inhaler or any medications with the help of ur doctor .

    Dear Cindy,
I just went to an absolute RIPPER of a Disco Biscuits show a few hours north of PVD, in Portland, ME. They have been on fire this tour btw. That's neither heare nor there. The main focus, is that I took down about a dozen nitrous oxide balloons to the dome after the show. I was actually there til the cops cleared out the entire area, just peacefully sipping a Coors Banquet beer. Anywhoom, I got home, and realized I have/d a wheez and compulsatoritive cough...
When I was fishing through our Pill Drawer for some benzo's to come down with, I found that my wife has an albuterol inhaler that was sitting loose in there. It's still within the means of expiry date, but no Spacer unfortunately. I was thinking, can I affix one of the (now empty) balloons to the inhaler mouthpiece, and depress the dispenser, filling the balloon partially with the albuterol mist, and then "hit" the balloon as if I were just back on the lot? Will this be an effective improvised stand-in for the Spacer? And secondly, is there a respiratory or pharmacological interaction between industrial grade nitrous oxide gas and albuterol? (for the latter answer, it should also be noted that I was hitting my dab pen all night during the show and concurrently with the nitrous balloons.)
I just pulled some pav's during the public on-sale today, for Phish at the Greatwoods run in July, and even if you don't get back to me now tonight, I could definitely use the info either way for that. I actually will probably be staying at the Biltmore that night after the Amtrak ride back.
    Thanks and much appreciated,
    JJ

People take up to 10 pumps of their albuterol emergency inhaler in one sitting and are ok. It’s so worth being able to breathe properly. Anyone reading this, don’t fear the side effects. I sometimes get shortness of breath due to bronchitis which is probably your problem make sure you get heat like you can turn a steamy shower stand outside of the shower and the fumes of the shower clear your breath. Another thing you can do is have a warm pot. It must be as warm to see the smoke coming out, and put a blanket or towel above your head to prevent it from leaving your face and breathe. These help for me. And btw you can do these for up to 5-10 minutes should help

I have made a good faith effort to regularly sanitize my control & asthma inhalers in order to keep myself from contracting CoVid-19. However, I have heard that some sanitizers are both more effective as an antiseptic as well as capable of triggering an acute attack. I am a 37 year old male in New England, MA, USA. Is there anyone in the area who wishes to discuss these practical matters with me?

Just take the bottle of medicine out and wash the mouthpiece part with warm soapy water then let it air dry. If you're the only one using your inhaler, which you should be, it's your own germs anyway. Wash your hands before and after using it too.
