- Microsoft To Do is a free app from Microsoft and it’s one of the best to-do list apps on the market.
This app will sync across all your devices. I use it on my computer, my phone and my iPad and it seamlessly syncs up across all.
You can install Microsoft to do here for free: to-do.office.com/tasks/
Once you install Microsoft, log in with your Microsoft account or create a free Microsoft account if you don’t have one.
Here is the best way to get started with To Do.
On the left column, you can see all the different folders or lists. And you can create new ones here, which I’ll show you in a second.
Within each list, you can individual tasks. You can simply create a new task by typing in text and press enter.
Each task also has a window, where you can add steps, reminders, due dates, files, and notes.
The next step is organizing your tasks. Once you have several tasks in any list, you can sort them by simply dragging and dropping the task. Once you finish a task, you can click the checkmark to mark it as complete.
To organize your account even more, you can create groups. Each group can have lists inside of it.
Collaboration is another useful part of Microsoft To Do. You can invite anyone with an email to join any to-do list. - Jak na to + styl
TYSM! That's a beneficial video!
This attaching files option is great. We can't do that in Reminders yet
I swear Microsoft ToDo is like slightly better than Apples Reminders. Everything just works how it's supposed to and it's got all the functions I need. Tried switching to reminders many times but it just feels inconvenient and not as intuitive somehow.
How do you share a group? What's the point of having a group if you still have to share each list individually
