@@Dreamworld789_ no, in fact, it doesn't. You usually name a baby and the job is done, or at least it has been this way for every single person i personally got to know until now. It also costs a lot of money to legally change the name of a child right after the child has been born. This of course is no problem for celebrities though ... but to "normal" or less wealthy people in general it seems to remain expansive and, in the end, unnecessary
