Actually this is not a bad idea. We can take certain parts such as Naga Regions, Kuki regions, and several more ethnic regions of Burma, which we could integrate within our states. Then, due to our security and friendship of those ethnic groups with our country, there would be no fighting, since they would like to reunite with their brotherly ethnic groups in Indian region of Nagaland, Arunachal etc.
India need sincerity. Agency works as per ruling govt.Nowadsys CBI or NIA or any security agency is not trusted by people why? India supports foreigner more than north east citizens.
