    ฟรีปั้มตามความเข้าใจของผมคืองี้ครับ
    ฟรีปั้มทำงานโดยไม่ได้พิจารณาความหนืดของน้ำยาเป็นหลัก (ไม่ได้พิจารณาว่าเย็นไม่หนืด ร้อนหนืด) คือความหนืดน้ำยาไกล้เคียงกันไม่ว่าเย็นหรือร้อน แต่ทำงานโดยแผ่นไบเมทัล งอ-คลายตัวตามอุณหภูมิ กำหนดการเปิดปิดการทำงานน้ำยา(คล้ายเทอร์โมสตัทเตารีด กาต้มน้ำ) ]ลักษณะการทำงานเป็นระบบควบคุมอุณหภูมิ แบบ close loop P controller ส่วนครีบใช้ระบายความร้อนจากการทำงานไม่ให้ร้อนเกินไป

      I bought 12.500cst silicone oil from RC cars. In Brazil toyota doesnt sells the OEM silicone oil. The oem toyota silicone comes in to versions: 3000cst for cold countries and 10.000cst for hotter ones. Brazil is a little hotter than average, so i put the 12500cst oil.

      You will remove the old fluid and clean thoroughly , and after you refill the half shell and you will install the other half shell.and that's it. the fluid will expand every time that reach the temperature and will engange the system.

    • @chrislcful
      @chrislcful  Před 8 lety

      this is not an epicheirima dear Jordan.is the way that you want to see the things.if toyota in japan had in her mind to readjust temp or test them after 2-5-10 years or 10.000 running hours in a special testing device will provide this special device to the special shops with her name , and would give the written info to the maker's manual for follow the instruction by her specialist's engineers.instead of this ,gave only the part number for the silicone oil.this means in other words that after 8 years of RnD in japan (1988-1996) before the specific model goes in production line (calculating factors as aging of material )and all the appropriate tests she will know better than anybody if this mechanism needs to be repaired/readjusted in another way than replaced the silicon oil, then will apply this special info to her shops worldwide .if finally this special device not existed in 1990 era in japan and discovered after 10-20 years ,toyota will sure send one additional guideline worldwide about how to use this special device her specialists and for readjust this mechanism.also is not work as an epicheirima the "philosophy" all the coupling funs are same and working in same procedure.toyota not construct coupling funs but buy them from a company that probably sells to other car industries.but every specific model have specs than not meet to another model.(i.e as in thermostat's surface is written 80-82 C ,would written also to alu surface of fun the temp for readjust...)and the result/evidence of the above is that japan is where is it now..to the top of the world in tecnology and greece is where is it now..but Greeks are always smarter than all the others and they know better from all the others and overide the makers.. now if somebody like you , knows better than toyota about her parts then is not difficult to send an email to toyota corporation in japan and ask them to hire you as a consultant advisor to similar matters.iam sure they will appreciate it and maybe one headmaster's chair is there already waiting for you.sincerely yours.

      +chrislcful im using the motor in a totally diffy way as to how it came out of the factory you speak of I've changed chassis. all the cooling piping. the radiator. and have also fitted a turbo so the motor is nothing like what came from the factory and i want the fan to come in a little earlier

    • @chrislcful
      @chrislcful  Před 8 lety

      Nathan your motor is 5vzfe ?if so, i suggest to you to install an electric fan. many did this option.there is no problem during dives in water ,and you can adjust from the sensor in how many mA wants to start or stop the fan.additionally you can install a second bypass switch so you can start or stop anytime you wish.and of course you will not lost some Hp from the crankshaft.but generally ,when you make a project like this you made needs a complete study from an engineer of university and not opinions from vulcanizater-men.needs to pay an engineer to take measurements before make the study for you have the perfect result.do not hesitate to ask anything you want.

    Small tip, unrelated to the clutch fix. Never thread a screw, specially in aluminium, with a powertool.
    Put the first couple turns by hand or screwdriver.
    You risk ruining the thread before you notice it went in crooked if you use a powertool.

    • @chrislcful
      @chrislcful  Před 11 měsíci

      You are correct .but I share a deeper tip.before I use the powertool all the times I "wake up" the bolt with a Philips screwdriver or a flat and a hammer by applying some vertical and steady hits it doesn't matter aluminum or not.i face all the bolts like I will do not have other chance.one and only .this tip unscrew 99.9% of the bolts without destroy the head

    • @chrislcful
      @chrislcful  Před 6 lety

      there are 2 kinds of hydraulic silicone oils .with different viscocity.the most safe way is to buy the original that costs only 7-10 US$ .the secondary way is to buy the genuine and send it to the laboratory for chemical analysis.all the other ways "by eye" ,"by smell" ,"by feeling between your fingers " or using words such as "is similar to.." is for "technicians that do not know how to boil an egg.

    A mechanic recently installed 7 tubes of silicone oil into the engine fan of my Toyota Fortuner 2013 series. After that, the engine has produced a loud noise, particularly when I stepped on the gas pedal when driving. Is it possible that the loud noise of the engine was caused by adding too much silicone oil into the engine fan?

    • @chrislcful
      @chrislcful  Před 5 lety +1

      Monching Balindong stupid engineer.not more than 2 tubes of the original.the more silicone oil will increase the volume of the liquid inside so the system will be always enganged so the noise you listen is because the fan is always enganged to engine.the liquid inside must have free space to increase and decrease the volume according to the relevant temperature that received

      В вискомуфтах используется демпферное силиконовое масло - полиметилсилоксан ПМС 10000. Это масло увеличивается в объеме при нагревании, а так же у него повышается коэффициент вязкости при движении молекул (при перемешивании масла). Поэтому все вискомуфты вентилятора охлаждения заполняются маслом на две трети.
