But Jeff, James white, and mike wingers videos saved me. Im now going to a Baptist church and I’m tryin to reach my friends and family and take them to the true Christ of the Bible. Married to a Mormon 11 years now. It’s very difficult for me. Two very different gospels, and yet my husband is so convinced that he has received his answer to prayer in his teens “is the Book of Mormon true”? His answer came from an undeniable feeling of love. It was an undeniable experience for him.
When I married my husband I was very immature Christian and ignored that spiritual discernment I had because “the language was the same (kinda)” but had totally different meanings. Many years later, two small children and it’s hard for me to discern how to raise them with our two religions. Just sending a warning out to anyone who is contemplating dating a Mormon.

And Mormons agree with both. Isn't the wife and husband one flesh? Are the husband & wife one person now? Aren't the church and Christ one? Does that mean the church is God?
I'll tell you how they are one, because they have the same will & mind to work righteousness! And they all do it in Unison! Uni! One! "If ye are not one ye are not mine" he says! Let's go down aways & consider the ant and her hill, is it not counted as a Single unit? Why? Well you know the answer now.
"I am the vine, ye are the branches" Just as the tree and its branches are one, so are we with him! And the ones that wither get cast into the fire.
Adam & Solomon were both called a "Son of God" in Jesus's time by the Jews. But Jesus was called "The Son of Man" now "of Man" seems more important than "of God", why? Well I'll let you figure it out. The son is the seed of his father, and what do seeds grow into? Trees!
"And if you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise." Abrahams seed=the seed of promise=the chosen seed=the elect of God. I'm saying that we are the seed, & God is the tree, & seeds grow into trees.
Paul said we are children of God on Mars Hill, Acts 17:28-29; For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring. Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man's device.
John 1:12-13; But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
Psalm 82:1,6--God standeth in the congregation of the mighty; he judgeth among the gods. 6 I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High. Job 1:6, 2:1, 38:7; Gal. 3:26; Rom. 8:29; Eph. 1:11; 1 John 3:1-2; Luke 3:38; Heb. 2:10-11; Isaiah 45:11; Hosea 1:10, 11:10.
It is all over the Bible how we are children of God.
Joseph Smith taught the doctrine of the true god, the god of patience, hope, & peace. And IT IS one god that the followers of the restored gospel worship; I hope you understand.

I was a Mormon from birth. Pretty active all my life. Left 14 years ago due to exhaustion, and illness and finally realized none of them cared for me. It’s a terribly expensive club. Then, 2 years later I married an Independent Baptist and we are active in a lovely church now for 13 years. So now, for the first time in my life, I simply feel like a true Christian as that was all I ever wanted to be! The testimony that you get in the Mormon church is very much like the testimony you get over Walt Disney’s elevated emotion movies. I cried every Sunday because there’s so much talk of family & so much emotional music and The Mormon tabernacle choir giving you goosebump after goosebump & every time you hear them sing, it’s all LDS faith promotion but it’s not biblical truth. All of their faith is in “feelings,” not biblical facts. All these types of trappings are there to promote tremendous emotion and that is what becomes “your testimony” - not the simplicity of Christ as your savior - boom. End of story! There’s so much I could say but leaving the church or trying to talk a Mormon out of Mormonism is one of the hardest things on earth to do but that alone shows you right then and there how brainwashed the members have become. It’s frightening to me now. So grateful I now live for basic things Christ preached and not for the LDS club.

    • @mycatwould
      @mycatwould Před rokem +9

I’m sorry to hear you had a bad experience that caused you to have hurt feelings. I’ve grown up in the LDS church, and in spite of the claim to be the restored Church of Jesus Christ, where He (Jesus) is the literal head of the Church, we, his followers, have never claimed to be perfect. The early saints in the ancient church did their best, and I feel we are doing the best with our human weaknesses in the latter-days as well, but we are not immune to error. If we were a perfect people, Christ would likely have already come, as the world is already plenty wicked and in need of His return, but I believe His followers (I’m speaking not only of the LDS members, but all who claim to follow Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior) are not righteous enough to receive Him. I know I have a long way to go before I would feel worthy to stand in His presence, but am comforted by the knowledge that if I continue to try my best, repent when I fall, and endure to the end, exercising faith in His grace, that through His atoning sacrifice, I can be made worthy to stand in his presence.
As far as an “expensive club”, I assume you are referring to the law of tithing, which was also part of the ancient church and so it should be part of the Lord’s true church on the earth. I absolutely think about the 10% of my income that I pay - that’s the natural man in me, but when I consider the blessings from that small sacrifice to give Him so little when He gives me everything I have, to the very breath I take, then paying my tithing is easy. And to say we are “brainwashed” is total nonsense. Nobody is forced to stay (as you yourself were once a member), and we are taught to not just blindly believe what we hear or read, but to study it out, pray about it, and then, when we receive a witness of the truth of it, we act on that witness. Anything that leads a man to do good comes from God, and that has helped guide my decisions as well.
At any rate, I’m not trying to pull you back to the LDS faith, and I truly do wish you the best with your new path in life, but just wanted to respectfully disagree with some of the comments to made towards the general body of the LDS church based on maybe a more localized bad experience.

Actually when I was a Mormon this was still being taught but was considered sacred knowledge only for those ready to receive higher light and knowledge. It was also taught by prophets and general authorities in general conferences for a very long time. It's still taught and believed by the most devout Mormons- who can receive "the higher truths" and not to the average Mormons or publicly (it's bad for PR and for retaining brand new converts). This is why he says Classic Mormonism, as years ago they would say this stuff publicly and to all their members. Wow- very well done! I was born in the covenant in a very devout Mormon family. I loved the Mormon church and never wanted to leave it. I was very happy but inside I felt I lacked peace and I really wanted to know God in this life instead of hoping I pleased God enough to make it. Exaltation (becoming a god) is the only way to know God in Mormonism- except there's a rare thing called having your calling and election made sure. I prayed daily and searched the scriptures daily- searching to truly know God. Long story short- God taught me to trust His word and answered all of my questions with Bible verses. God asked me to step towards Him in faith in Christ alone (which was one of the scariest things ever for me as a Mormon at the time). And God revealed himself to me through the Bible and His Spirit (which is very light, I was used to the heavy strong spirit within Mormonism). I now have peace with God- God is good. But for me, it meant leaving everything including my family but it is worth it to know Him. The only thing is even though I have this amazing peace beyond words and I have no desire to go back- I went through years of grief, similar to losing a loved one. Other Christian's had a hard time understanding this.

@@jiovaani I don't know because there is no such thing as the "Mormon gospel".
The gospel we teach is the same one taught by Paul. Jesus Christ dying on the cross is what allows us to be forgiven of our sins and is the gateway for us to be resurrected and have eternal life. Without that, no matter what we do, we wouldn't be able to save ourselves from our sins without the atonement. We believe that we are saved by grace through faith but that faith isn't just professed belief and is also expressed in our behavior and/or works (Matthew 7:21-23, James 2:14-26, Titus 1:16, Isaiah 29:13). Or put simply, works are outward manifestations of faith in Christ that allows God’s and Jesus Christ’s grace to increase and affect our lives more abundantly (Ephesians 2:10). However those works are not what save us, it is Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ paved the path to God with his blood when he was crucified and you have to follow the path that was laid out for us to walk in to get to God. The path we must walk to live with God again and to have His grace grow in our life that the Bible (and Book of Mormon) has said to do is to 1st have faith in Jesus Christ (John 3:36, John 6:29) 2nd keep the commandments (Matthew 19:17, Luke 11:28, John 14:15, John 14:21, John 15:10, Hebrews 5:9, 1 John 2:3-4, 1 John 5:3, Revelation 12:17, Revelation 14:12) and not to purposefully sin (James 4:17) and/or repent when you have made a sinned (Acts 3:19, Acts 17:30, 2 Corinthians 7:9-10, 1 John 1:9), 3rd make and keep the ordinances that God has asked of us like baptism (Matthew 28:19-20, Mark 16:16, John 3:5, Acts 2:38, Acts 22:16, Romans 6:3-10, Colossians 2:12, Titus 3:5, 1 Peter 3:21), 4th to serve and love others (Matthew 20:28, John 13:34-35, Galatians 5:13-14, 1 Peter 4:10-11) and 5th faithfully endure to the end (Matthew 10:22, Matthew 24:13, 2 Timothy 2:12, Revelation 2:26). That path is God’s and Jesus Christ's grace and walking on the path that was paved for us by Christ is our faith and continuing being on that path will allow their grace to increase in our life.

I am not a Mormon, but I do know, that if we read say the KJV Bible it says In the beginning God created... Mormon books say Gods. If we look at the oldest bible known, written in Hebrew, It say in the beginning Gods created... The oldest Bible uses the plural form for God. This is one of the reasons why the concept of the trinity is believed. The argument being that Gods in Genesis of the Hebrew bible is referring to the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost (remember centuries later Jesus said before Abraham, I am. Meaning he existed before him) Ultimately, no human will know who is correct, what we do know is that God only requires 3 things of us. Be Good, Do Justice and walk humbly with God (paraphrase of Micah 6.8).

      1. Mary never asked to be prayed to AT ALL, neither did she say that she was an interceder. She is a human and cannot hear prayers, only God should be praised. No where in scripture does it say that Mary will pray for you that idea is man made. “For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus” (1 Timothy 2:5)
      2. We are not to make any graven images and DEFINITELY NOT bow down to them. “Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the Lord thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;” (Exodus 20:4-5)
“I am the Lord: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images.” (Isaiah 42:8)
      3. We are not to call any teacher father except for our Father in heaven, it is prohibited in the scriptures. “And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven.” (Matthew 23:9)
      4. The rosary is not Biblical at all
      5. We are not saved by works! “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” (Ephesians 2:8-9)
Open your eyes and get out of tradition. Anything that is not Biblical is false, as well as even many of the so called “Christian” holidays celebrated today, they have pagan origin.

Stick to the Biblical Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ said that he and God are two separate men, "It is written in your Law that the testimony of two men is true. I am one who witnesses of myself, and my Father who sent me, witnesses of me." Two men, Jesus Christ is one and God is the second. This alone destroys the man made Trinity. But it is not all. We are told it is impossible for God to lie, and God said many times that there is only one God. But this God who cannot lie also called men who had received his word gods, who if they weren't gods before, as soon as God spoke it into existence it was true. And Jesus Christ confirmed it to be true when he said "If he called them gods unto whom the word came, and the scripture cannot be broken, then why say ye that I blaspheme because I said I am the Son Of God?" So how can men be gods and there be only one God? Would not one or the other have to be a lie? Not if the term God is plural, covering multiple generations. Is it strange that only one church teaches what it actually says in the Bible? One way, one truth, one life. No it is not strange.

Heaven is the promise of the eternal presence of God, no man could achieve greater happiness than in heaven where Christ is and loves.
There’s nothing boring about that the Bible describes it as things the ears have not heard and the eyes have not seen, it’s like our senses will be renewed and more.
You’d have to presume that you know what it’s going on to call it semi boring or call it as the end, it’s the beginning of the promised love and peace in Jesus Christ.
Mormonism is false because of it’s obvious intent which is to make Jesus Christ lesser than what the Bible professed. To become a god is the ultimate goal, sounds like what the Bible described to be Satan’s great sin; wanting to be god.
And it deviates away from the one truth, as Jesus Christ said that He is THE way, THE truth and THE life and that no one comes to the Father except through Him (Jesus Christ)
Seems to me Mormonism is something Satan would use to deviate people away from the truth, it’s just false enough that the core doctrines of Christianity are rejected; and still is able to use the name of Jesus Christ to hide the nature of its creation.
Plus Mormonism says people are black if they were neutral angels when Satan and Jesus disagreed in heaven, like what?? And that those who are white it’s because they valiantly stood by God 💀 yeahhh no racial motive from Joseph smith huh?
Funny enough the writers of the New Testament didn’t think Jesus’s skin colour as of importance and therefor didn’t mention it. Yet of course what you’d expect was made up by a man or corrupted by the devil takes a spin of that nature.

The reason it was determined to be placed at the end was because it deals with the end times more than any other book. Logically it makes sense to put it at the end. However, my belief, and I know most on here will disagree, was that John was speaking of his own revelation, that specific prophecy, the "prophecy of THIS book" when he uttered those words. " 284 temples and 17 million members. Good luck but nothing can stop the Lord’s work. "
Listen to Kevin 1066 because he knows that Scripture says, "MANY will find that wide path that leads to destruction."
There was only ever one temple in the Old Testament and there was only one person, the High Priest chosen by God, that was allowed inside the Holy of Holies one day per year on the day of atonement to offer blood sacrifices for God's chosen people. No one else was allowed inside and no dead were baptized because baptism didn't exist and, according to Scripture, we die once and are judged upon death. That was the Old Covenant of the Law given to the people. Christians are not under the Old Covenant because we are not Jews being led out of Egypt thousands of years ago. Christians are under the New Covenant of Grace that was promised by YHWH in Jeremiah, chapter 31, verses 31-34.
      Jeremiah 31:31-34
31 “Behold, the days are coming, declares the Lord, when I will make a NEW COVENANT with the house of Israel and the house of Judah,
32 NOT LIKE THE COVENANT I MADE WITH THEIR FATHERS on the day when I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt, MY COVENANT THAT THEY BROKE, though I was their husband, declares the Lord.
33 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, declares the Lord: I WILL PUT MY LAW WITHIN THEM, and I WILL WRITE IT ON THEIR HEARTS. And I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
34 And no longer shall each one teach his neighbor and each his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’ for they shall all know me, from the least of them to the greatest, declares the Lord. For I WILL FORGIVE THEIR INIQUITY, and I WILL REMEMBER THEIR SIN NO MORE.”
There is no New Testament temple. The veil that separated the Holy of Holies from the rest of the temple when Christ gave up His spirit was torn from top to bottom, signifying that we no longer needed priests to stand before God. Jesus is now our only great high priest and our way to God. God used the Romans to destroy the temple in 70 AD because priests and temples were no longer needed.
You don’t need Mormonism, you don’t need a religion, you don’t need a church to be saved. All you need is a relationship with Jesus Christ and you only need faith in what He’s done for you. He did all the work that you are trying to do.

It connected the Law of Moses to the coming of the Messiah, and explained how redemption can only come through Jesus Christ. It impacted me in a way I have not previously known. The King Follette discourse is a second-hand accout of a speech given by Joseph Smith during a funeral. The accuracy of the account cannot be verified. The discourse was not given in an official church meeting or given as an official revelation and as such is NOT considered official LDS church doctrine but rather, personal opinion. If you want to know what the LDS people believe then stick to the "Standard Works" and the official words of the Prophets.
That being said, the original Hebrew text of Genesis 1 does use the word "Elohim" which is a plural word meaning "Gods", just like Joseph Smith is reported to have said. So the account given in the LDS scriptures is accurate and true to the original Hebrew text. The "Gods" being referred to are the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost.

The strange thing is that most of the "Christians" still believes that the paper form of the "Bible" is the word of GOD. Those who have had the Privilege of being introduced to JESUS one on one knows that the "Bible" is not the "WORD" of GOD. It is about the "WORD" of GOD. It says "In The Beginning Was The WORD" then it says "And The WORD Became Flesh and Dwelt Amongst Us" so everything in the "Bible" Old Testament was a historical foretelling of the "WORD" and the New Testament was a Diary of the physical birth, life, death, resurrection and after effects of the "WORD" of GOD.

I heard almost nothing that accurately expressed the accepted doctrines of the mormon faith, certainly little that matches my understanding as an individual member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. We believe that we can return to live with God only through the name of Jesus, and only by His grace. Admittedly, many in the church have placed too strong an emphasis on our works to our detriment - but that is not our doctrine. Many of us don't understand grace. And fair enough, it's a hard thing to define. We believe that His atonement gives us grace to overcome our weaknesses. It is not held that Jesus was a polygamist.
The focus of our worship is on Christ and following His gospel: faith, repentance, baptism, receiving the Holy Spirit. We don't walk around talking about how we can become Gods, our focus is on following Christ's teachings from the Bible, the Book of Mormon and modern prophets. But I must admit I'm confused why other Christians are so appalled by the theological conclusion that we can become as God is. He asked us to call Him father, it stands to reason that he wants us to inherit all that He has. Revelations 3:21 says "to Him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne." If we overcome and sit with Jesus in His throne, are we not also Gods? There is much more support had in the Bible for this conclusion that I don't have time to get into. We believe that God is still a God of miracles, and gives revelations to man on Earth through a prophet including things like a deeper understanding of His nature and our potential as human beings beyond that state explicitly in the Bible.
Anyway, I'm done here but we believe in the Jesus of the Bible, that book informs our understanding of who He is more than any other.

I had an apocalyptic dream/vision last year that involved the Mormons if anybody is interested…and no this is not an exaggerated description of what I saw nor am I telling this with any agenda other than to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ.
My dream started with me walking around in a mall and there were some missionaries that came up to me and I didn’t think anything of it cuz I’ve encountered them a lot in real life before, but remember this is a dream lol. They began to tell me that they were building ships so that they could go to the planet God prepared for them and they invited me to go. I found it weird because 1. I’ve already learned about Mormonism and don’t agree with it and 2. Why were they trying to leave all of a sudden now? Anyway, I told them nah I’m good I got my family I gotta be there for. My dream shifted (as dreams do randomly) and now I was with my family in a house in top of a high hill that was more of just a huge rock the size of a hill. The sky turned dark grey and black, there was lightning and loud thunder, in the distance I could see different cities with their buildings poking out of the skyline and as I was looking, giant balls of fire the size of small towns began raining down on the cities. I could hear deep, agonizing screams that sounded like demons and then in the bursts of light that came with the balls of fire, I could see the demons silhouette along with minor details like dark, spiky/scaly skin with large claw/like hands. There were all different sizes of them. Some were HUGE and some were tiny. Kinda like they had ranks. After I saw that, I saw a light in the sky in my peripheral view so when I looked, I saw the ships of the Mormons attempting to leave Earth. Right when I saw them, my stomach dropped because at the same time, the Lord told me, “they will perish along with the false prophet they chose to follow instead of following me.” and then BOOM! Fire balls/meteors just came raining down on the ships and completely obliterating them. But the fire kept on raining and it was hitting everywhere except the house on the rock that me and my family were in. I remember my family was scared so we all gather inside in the living room but we could still see outside. As I began praying over my nephew Rocky, the clouds began to open up with a bright light breaking through them. There were very bright orbs like blue, green, yellow, orange, and I just remember them kinda shooting off in different directions from the sky. Some started coming out way but nobody was afraid of them and after all I could see was white, I woke up and I wrote all of it down. I still have the notebook I wrote it in along with the dream I had about being Paul when he got bit by a snake before I had even heard about that story let alone read it. I just wanted to share that dream since that’s the topic of this video/sermon and I’d like to hear what people have to say about it or if you’ve ever had a prophetic dream from the Lord before. I’ve never told anyone about this one specifically yet but I felt like this was a good place to do so

" It's a given when a stranger doesn't fully study a subject matter. The one thing that threw me off was that Jesus was polygamous. What? "
According to one of one of the elders of your religious system, Jesus was married and a polygamist. Prophets of God cannot lie, something that would expose them as a false prophet.
Apostle Orson Pratt, says in The Seer, page 172, says,
“…the great Messiah who was the founder of the Christian religion was a Polygamist…the Messiah chose to take upon himself his seed; and by marrying many honorable wives himself, show to all future generations that he approved the plurality of Wives under Christian dispensation… The son followed the example of his Father, and became the great Bridegroom to whom kings’ daughters and many of the honorable Wives were to be married. We have also proved that both God the Father and our Lord Jesus Christ inherit their wives in eternity as well as in time….”
In answer to the question “Was Jesus married?” Joseph Fielding Smith, who was the president of the LDS Church in the 1970’s, said, “Yes, but do not throw pearls to the swine!” We can clearly see that the LDS church still believes that Jesus was married, but doesn’t want to “throw pearls to the swine” in other words, to reveal this to non-Mormons. Maybe the Mormon Jesus was a polygamist but he's definitely not Jesus of the Bible.
Jesus of the LDS Church is not Jesus of the Bible. God of the LDS Church is not God of the Bible. Joseph Smith said that there is “A GOD ABOVE THE FATHER OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST…”
In Mormon Doctrine, pages 322, we read, …If Jesus Christ was the Son of God, and… God the Father of Jesus Christ had a Father, you may suppose that he had a Father also. Where was there ever a son without a father? …Hence if Jesus had a Father, can we not believe that he had a Father also?” In 1844, Joseph Smith, as recorded in the Teachings of the Prophet Joseph Smith, pp. 344-347, first told the audience that: “…every man has a natural, and, in our country, a constitutional right to be a FALSE PROPHET, as well as a true one…” Then on the next page, he says: “I am going to tell you how God came to be God. We have imagined and supposed that God was God from all eternity. I will refute that idea and take away the veil, so that you may see.” He explains that “…God himself was once as we are now…and you got to learn how to be Gods yourselves… the same as all Gods have done before you. An infinite regression of prior causes would mean there is an infinite regression of uncaused causes, which is logically impossible.
The God of the Bible says: “…Is there a God beside me? Yea, there is no God; I KNOW NOT ANY.” (Isa. 44:8) If God had a father and he had a father and so on, the God of the Bible surely would know that!
In the Bible, God calls us to know, to believe and to understand who He is. God says: “Ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may KNOW and BELIEVE me, and UNDERSTAND that I am he: BEFORE ME THERE WAS NO GOD FORMED, NEITHER SHALL THERE BE AFTER ME.” (Isa. 43:10)
To Joseph Smith and to all Mormons, that simply means THEY WILL NOT BECOME GODS! They cannot “learn” how to become gods! God of the Bible says so! God says, “I AM THE LORD, AND THERE IS NONE ELSE, THERE IS NO GOD BESIDE ME…” (Isa. 45:5)
God tells what happens to the false prophets who try to lead people after other gods:
“If there arise among you a prophet, or a dreamer of dreams, and giveth thee a sign or a wonder, and the sign or the wonder come to pass, whereof he spake unto thee, saying, Let us go after other gods, which thou has not known, and let us serve them; thou shalt not hearken unto the words of that prophet, or the dreamer of dreams: for the LORD your God proveth you, to know whether ye love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul. Ye shall walk after the LORD your God, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and ye shall serve him, and cleave unto him. AND THAT PROPHET, OR THAT DREAMER OF DREAMS, SHALL BE PUT TO DEATH; BECAUSE HE HAD SPOKEN TO TURN YOU AWAY FROM THE LORD YOUR GOD…” (Deut. 13:1-5)
It is interesting to note that within weeks after Joseph Smith had in April 1844 preached this sermon that men will and can become gods and that God was not God from all eternity, Joseph was killed! Coincidence?

Say what you will, but God sent his spirit to convince me that he lives and stir me to a remembrance of him. I actually remembered his spirit. That's how I know it is true. The spirit also showed me that the Missionaries are his acceptable laborers, and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is true.

Lucifer can turn himself into an Angel, beware of the spirit that may come to you. The one you received has nothing to do with God!!

@@hollayevladimiroff131 Lucifer can also quote scriptures forwards and backwards. I recognized and remembered Gods spirit. That's how I knew it was he. Can God not know a man and wake that man to a remembrance of him?
