Hi, did you try to open the door lock using the physical key? i have the same adel ls9 model but it didn't work. so if the internal mechanism fails, i'm basically screwed up

hi the outside handle will not engage to turn the latch. also the emergency key does not turn the lock, any idea why?
Clutch isn't positioned correctly.
What size drill bit did you use?
Is the top rod removable? (can't drill another hole :/)
Could I cut it off & will it still work fine?

Hey I installed this and everything works except for the emergency key....not sure what the issue could be. The key worked the first time i tried it then second try it would not unlock...any ideals?
Lyle Isaac when i got mine the key didn't work either but I kept fitting with it and than it started working again so just keep turning the key if it turns
