However, we should have just noted the dimensions prior to purchasing. Otherwise, we love the doorbell. It works perfectly, and the video is very clear, even at night.

Hi, i've installed two of these, but the magnetic force of both are so weak, what could possibly go wrong? I've changed the 12v adaptor, but still weak, can't even hold the door
On some of them is a switch to change 12/24Volts. Check it, if not your fault- surfaces of both must touch wery well each other

Hello, if there is no current the magnetic door holder become a simple iron then the entrance won't be secure so is why a UPS alimentation is recommanded for the access control system.
