I have no idea why the cammer is honking at the white truck changing lanes at 6:22. There was no "cut off" it just driving in traffic. When I was commuting, this happened 50 times a day at least, and there was nothing unsafe about the white trucks lane change. The white truck brake checking was a gross over reaction to the honking, but the cammer then proceeded to risk innocent lives on the freeway by driving like a complete jack ass.

Yesterday a vehicle two cars up slowed dramatically, and it led to an accident. Not to them, but to two cars behind me (and I was VERY lucky not to be hit, I was missed by inches... maybe less. Looking at my footage I can see how close it was).
I don't know why the car slowed, but this can be the result of some jackasses on the road brake checking people. It might not impact the car you want to road rage against, but innocent people further back could end up being the victim because Mr. Road Rage wanted to "teach somebody a lesson".

There was also no apparent reason for that right-of-way violator to enter the passing lane, as the speed of the car was not significantly increasing to pass the cars in the right lane. It looks like the violator deliberately entered the passing lane to cause the faster traffic to brake, and the violator was offended when the faster traffic didn't brake. Although it is a good practice to brake to accommodate another driver ahead is trying to pass when the speed differential is unreasonable for the normal speed of traffic, the traffic in the passing lane always has the right-of-way. If you cannot accelerate to the speed of the passing traffic, you should not begin your pass.

Right of way is part of traffic laws and makes driving safer and more predictable. When idiots give up their right of way in an attempt to be "polite" or other idiots dont care who has right of way it causes unpredictable situations and confusion and almost always results in an accident. The cammer in #4 hardly has time to stop. That car swerved into his lane at the last second. He honked to warn him that he was there but the idiot ignored the honks and made that move in a split second. It's insane to me that you blame the cammer for not being able to avoid someone elses reckless driving. This situation had nothing to do with right of way and everything to do with someone making an unexpected and illegal maneuver without a care in the world for anyone else. You cant predict what other drivers will do, when I watched the clip I definitely didnt think the car would swerve like that. I thought he was going for the other lane. @@ItsmeBish584 at 1:06 was the time to slow to a stop when the other driver was making a legal but reckless maneuver. If you ask the Cammer I surmise they'd say they wish they had. Not only all the time and effort to be made whole they're having to fight with the other driver's insurance company. I'm 74 and haven't ever been involved in an accident while driving except being rear ended at a stop light in 1999 and luckily I wasn't injured. The best outcome is not being involved and this Cammer absolutely squandered that opportunity at 1:06.

#15 4:32 Cammer states that the intersection is so notorious, they mounted their phone with video recording, prior to driving that stretch of road, for just this sort of thing. All that preparation, all that fore-knowledge, all that prior experience, and best Brandon can manage is to just drive right into the hazard. Makes Brandon look like maybe he was just trying to "generate content".

Last clear chance doctrine firmly puts the cammer at least at 50% fault, if not more. Kick and scream and cry you want all you want about it, toddler tantrums won't change the law. 🤷‍♂
