Dont be fooled lad, that man is jacked under all that big loose clothing. Just looking at his shoulders and thick neck I know that's a monster in disguise. Gotta make Kumail look good brother.
"fat absorber" a hero this city needs
It’s actually hilarious people defending him saying he’s natural considering he’s never worked out before earlier in his life and all a sudden he’s jacked in his 40s when most men in their 20s can’t get a physique like that naturally. Why can’t Hollywood just be truthful, it’s blatant he’s saucing lol.
Maybe he is, maybe he’s not. Nobody has proof, but people want to believe to make themselves feel better because otherwise it would mean it’s them that’s not able to get that body naturally
@@SharkAcademy bruh, he isnt natural look at his jaw,

@@jasonbanes7527 Hes 42 years old, his natural test levels are SUPER LOW compared to what's needed to develop that much lean mass in a year, it takes YEARS to grow like that. Hes not even that interested in training, he absolutely took PED'S. No shame from me either, its just not fair to say people can achieve this realistically in the same time frame
@@bman6198 Exactly. Its near impossible to gain mass of this level this quick at this age. A lot of Hollywood peeps are on PED's honestly speaking
Have a professional trainer, have a pro chef and a dude feeding you roids just the right way
And an assistant running all your errands.
You sound jealous
pied Piper WWH jealous? I’m not even hating, just saying that’s how it is with actors so people don’t have unrealistic expectations of how to get in this shape. Sure I’d love to have a dedicated trainer and chef but I’ve been training for years and I can’t say this without sounding like a douche but my physique is much better than this dudes but like I said fitness is my thing and I’ve been doing it way longer than he has. No hate no jealousy 👍🏼💪🏼
@@bstmeg5237 He's not jealous, I also hate how Hollywood actors don't mention this shit like ever when discussing their transformance. It just gives unrealistic expectations to people that are complete newbs to fitness. I'm actually glad Ricky Gervais mentioned steroid usage in his Golden Globes monologue. They're not competitive athletes or anything so I don't care if they use roids, just don't lie about it and say it's all natural.
@@randlambab Well he did say that he wouldn't have got there if it weren't for the resources (food, trainers, gyms) that marvel had gave him
Look, we all know that getting a physique like this naturally, is possible. It can take years, but it's possible. However, I doubt a guy in his 40s can get in that physique naturally in less than a year. He obviously took some gear. Again, I'm not even mad at that. Even with gear, he still had to work hard for that physique. He's not an athlete competing, so who cares that he took gear?
Edit: The people who believe a man in his 40s can naturally gain 36 pounds of lean muscle in a year, are also probably the ones who believed DK Metcalf was less than 2% body fat
It was already impossible but after seeing his workout it's even more so... I'm actually impressed even more by his "natural" transformation after seeing this inefficient workout
Who cares if athletes take gear either? The fact is that hes being showcased as some fitness idol to people and not addressing that he took shortcuts, spin it how you want, but it was a shortcut and he should at least own up to it.
But these people never do, you can respect him, but I wont.
What the other guy said. Those celebrity are inspiration for normal people or people in general who doesn't and will not take gear.
What do you think happen to the avg people who have avg genetic who do the same workout as their fav celebrity and did not have half of the result let alone the same result compare to a gear user.
They be demotivated, disappointed, and may even stop doing fitness not realizing for a long time or even never that those people took steroids.
And it's not the celebrity fault either, society condemn steroid as if it's the same level of raping a human being or a beastiality. Slightly exaggeration but still true.
But that doesn't mean what they doing is less trashy. Their action are trash but understandable.
Dev n athletes different cause your competing with other people especially physically. Giving them a clear disadvantage and in some sports injuring them and ruining all the hard work they did
actually it is very possible. My uncle was older than him when he got into super shape. The thing is most people dont do anything and sit around all day. The people who are motivated know it's possible. A simple diet change for a year and weight room 3 or 4 times a day mixed with cardio and the body will change there is no doubt about it.
...so this is my trainer grant, who has lost his neck...
I saw this and was all pissed and going to say something about all the gear he’s on... then I scrolled down and saw the topic was well covered 😂

Yeah I think he's open about that
It's a six minute video and half of the video is them talking. Let's see your evidence.
I don't agree. I'm about his age, and went from fat and not looking like I lift, to having roided bodybuilders ask me what gear I take after about a 4 month transformation. I'm natural. He uses some pretty good weight there for shoulders with good form and good volume. I used to do bro workouts my entire life and made few gains over decades, and finally when I did things "right", with HIGH volume, going to failure ever set, upping weight every workout, I made HUGE gains (along with monitoring my diet closely). I had the body of SPAM Luncheon Meat, and became more vascular than even Kumail.
With that said, it am not saying he isn't juicing... he may be. But his body is attainable naturally.
