By addressing underlying imbalances like small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO) or nutrient deficiencies, individuals can experience profound improvements in their health and well-being. This perspective aligns with treating the body as a whole system rather than focusing on isolated symptoms, leading to more sustainable health outcomes.
The key to improving health was highlighted as restoring the microbiome through basic efforts. The microbiome, which refers to the community of microorganisms living in our bodies, plays a crucial role in overall health. Dr. Davis emphasized that restoring the microbiome can have profound effects on various health issues, including skin health, weight management, immune function, and emotional well-being.
In this episode of Beauty Talk, host Daniel Gouw interviews Dr. William Davis, a cardiologist and author of the Wheat Belly series. I listen to everything I can find of his. The more you hear, the more you retain. As he said, we have been brainwashed for 50 years.

10 weeks of intravenous antiobotics "Cypro", completely destroyed my gut, and gave me severe nuropathy. I went from 190 at 5'10 to 115 pounds. I couldnt get no nutrition at all, lost alot of hair, and muscle. Its been a year and half now, getting better but its been a hard ride to say the least. 😵‍💫 No help from doctors, had to do my own research and healing.

Microbiom health is most important thing for staying healthy. But lactobacillus reuteri yogurt effectiveness is a bit more overstated by Dr. Devis although is the must thing to have in your diet.

Dr Davis fail to mention his mom was a chain smoker . Mrs Davis sat all day talking on the phone, smoking , and eating rice with limited healthy food in her diet. Was there great love between his mom and him.? No! A marketing comment! I know what I say since I was his first wife out of three.
