Kelly brings a lot more stage energy to the performance than Lou ever did.
I have seen Foreigner both with Lou and Kelly and honestly I prefer Kelly.
But at least Foreigner is FINALLY being inducted into the Rock Hall of Fame after being snubbed for decades!

Kelly Hansen is an awesome singer and is a great frontman for Foreigner…….but there is only one Lou Gramm!

First time I heard Kelly sing this ,WOW ,excellent job.
I like the way he sticks to the album melody. I was waiting to see if he would cut corners on the high notes or something. Instead he was spot on and he sounds like Lou.

I saw Kelly live back in the short-lived Hurricane era, and was blown away. Im so glad he and Mick Jones hooked up! I like that he truly tries to stay honest to the songs and music, without having to try to sound like Lou Gramm.

I was at their concert in Moscow. It was the best concert I've ever been to. Great sound, Ozzy's sound is terrible, great performance just like on the disc, no clockwork improvisation like D. P. People were delighted with this show.

And the singer Kelly Hanson. He used to sing in a band called Hurricane. I saw them open for Stryper in 1989. Check out the song I’m On To You from that band. It’s great.

I saw them in concert for the first time in 2010, and the show is exceptional, especially this new lead singer, he sings the songs just like the original great singer, and the energy he puts on stage is very contagious! I wonder if the original lead singer had this much energy.. Does anyone know why they split?

Lou Grahm had health issues, but he also had issues with Mick Jones not crediting him for some of the songs he had written. They sort of had a falling out but it wasn't a knock-down drag out type of divorce situation he just kind of graciously left and mostly blended on the health issues and didn't really talk about how he got screwed financially until after he was out of the band for a couple years.
Kelly here used to sing for a metal band in the late '80s called "Hurricane". If you ever get a chance to listen to a record by that band he sounds nothing like this when he was with that band actually that band was not very good. He sounds much better playing with Foreigner
