Hello nikita, ur video is really inspiring. My situation is similar as yours. I have done articleship in accounts and gst field mainly. Articleship experience was not so good. But i like sfm and audit in ca final. Can u tell me what shall i do about it so that lack of experience cant become problem in the job i want ?
Whether to start working in my desired fields (to gain experience) immediately after ca final exams ? Or they just ask questions on basis of what we have studied in ca finals ?

What I feel only big 4 don't consider attempt bcoz they have lot of vacancy and in this campus sbi cap is the only exception as few of my friends also got shortlisted in sbi cap inspite of attempts
Specially in Mumbai campus
Sometimes attempts are not considered, other times they are considered. But the thing is, we should not lower our confidence on the basis of that. Instead, our focus should be on improving our personality, keeping sound knowledge and feel competent. That's the only message I want to give!

As far as I know, in Sbi cap where I'm working currently, grad degree is important requisite.

I failed once in my CA inter exams after which I skipped two attempts because it was getting hard to manage college along with it. Attempts will be counted. But your performance in interviews will ultimately land you in the jobs

Yes , if the exam form is filled, the attempt is counted.

What will be the CA salary after 5 year experience please reply ? When we will cross 1 lakh ₹ per month mark ?
Hi Sharad, crossing 1 lakh per month is not a huge time taking benchmark for CAs. The average salary of a fresher CA is 8-9 lpa, and with 20-30 percent growth each year, you can analyse accordingly. Ultimately your knowledge, and confidence matters in long term. Money will flow no matter.

Mine was regular, but it really doesn't matter much.
Do ipcc attempts matter
Not as such!
It does not matter at all. I took 5 attempts in IPCC, but cleared Final in 2 attempts. So interviewer never asks about IPCC. To some extent , even final attempt doesn’t matter as highlighted by Nikita.
However, first aim for CA aspirants should be to clear CA , and start their beautiful corporate journey.
