2-4 Mangos
1-2 Red Bell Peppers
1 Yellow Bell Pepper
1 Orange Bell Pepper
2 Poblano Chili Peppers
1/2 Purple Onion
1/4 Bunch Cilantro (Or to Taste)
1 Chipotle Pod or Sauce
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice (Juice of 1-2 Lemons or Citrus)
1 Teaspoon Cumin
Salt to taste (Start with 1 Teaspoon)
Serrano to taste

My husband said he read a article about peppers. The peppers that has 3 points on the bottom are male they are better for cooking. The peppers that have 4 points are female and better for like salads. I just thought you would find that interesting.

I was just typing a comment and it just disappeared! What I was saying is that I just love your channel! You and Cloud are truly beautiful people and you can tell that you love one another. AND you love your family. I love how you show us every detail even when it is something that is natural for you and easy to forget to say or do, you tell us and I really appreciate that since it may be something that we have never done before. You think of US! I don't understand why some people must put others down but I feel sorry for them. I want to thank you for the Tuna Taco recipe from a few weeks ago! My husband and I have enjoyed them several times since then and each time they are wonderful!! 15 minutes is also wonderful since I am so tired after a day at work that I don't want an elaborate meal to prepare. I have used the rotisseried chicken with them also and they are just as wonderful. One suggestion I would make for these tacos is that the tuna be a good solid white tuna with just a little juice. The cheap ones have too much juice and unless you drain them you will have to cook them down for a while to get them dry enough to put in the taco shells. Again girls, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE your channel. Keep up the good work. During this annoying time of Covid-19 you brighten my day.

LADIES, this is the BOMB! I made this last night. And omgoodness. My husband, son, and grandson are already asking me to make more. I seeded the serrano pepper because I'm a sissy when it comes to peppers. But my men love spicy/hot. So I will take some out for myself before I add the serrano in my next batch.
