How can I know, when and where these are being pulled to estonia?

I knew it was going to be on the 10th of June because Elron published on their website an article with times it would arrive and depart from stations in Estonia including Lugaži near the border. I roughly calculated the speed it would be going by the times given and assuming the speeds would be similar in Latvia, got that it would be departing Rīga at about 9 in the morning, so I got there by 8 and just waited and hoped I hadn't missed it and then an hour later it came. Sadly the next ones probably won't have a published date since it's not as special as the first one, so catching more of them would be hard.
