Sooo, I definitely feel the stretch in my upper Calves closer to my knees. I guess I'll need to do this more and see if there is any improvement.

Stiff and inflexible:( I ache just getting out of a chair :( I would love to start yoga but feel I need to work on my flexibility first, these exercises are just what I need to get started... small steps

So do we do this before a workout or after ? In the morning ? Or night ? When is this best way to stretch without causing fatigue and getting injuring

Do I hold the stretch for more than 25 secs or it repeat hold and release better

I want to be flexible I am a bigger woman and I don’t have that much strength in my legs. I tried regular strength exercise without the strap and was unable to do it. My goal in the end is to not use straps and be able to be flexible on my own any tips?
